Big disappointment

At the great price of $650, we quickly went and bought it. We had several issues, primarily from the budget quality of the TV. The audio was out of sync with the video. You can adjust the A/V sync, but it only applies to the internal speakers. We have external audio which couldn't be synced. The picture quality was poor. We changed the picture mode to vivid, which helped. But colors never looked realistic. Motion on picture was problematic. It was often blurred, or the resolution would look poor. We also saw pixelation, or glitches on the screen. We used the same Roku on the previous TV without any problems, but were seeing issues with this TV. We decided to return the TV to Best Buy. We decided on a Sony 75" TV. The folks at Best Buy were very helpful. They arranged free delivery of the new TV, and pickup of this LG. By the way, when we went to Best Buy, we noticed that this model wasn't on display. Best Buy does sell it, but don't have it hanging for display.

Just okay.....

If you use an external HD, I do not recommend buy

However I have several video files on my external HD and all my files that have DTS-HD audio, do not reproduce the audios, I believe it is a problem with the codec, I have contacted the manufacturer several times to see if they update, but unfortunately they do not find a solution. To finish all the TVs in my house are from the same brand and work with all files normally, but soon the new one that I bought to put in my room does not work these files with the DTS-HD extension.

Junk!!!

Tv off is in pristine condition their a single crack dent of any kind on screen!Lg refused to cover repairs !Yet admitted it could had a point fractured at purchase time and regular handlings could made the fracture progress to the spider crack of about 2’’ in diameter.lg even wanted to charge me for tech to do a home visit,I saidNO that’s the least lg could do tv is 6 months old ! Really lg must selling junk if the screen on the outside is pristine yet the inside is somehow broken!

You get what you pay for

Broken before 1st use.

Needing repair and nobody able to fix in a month. Warranty sucks. Feel free BB or LG to get a hold of me to make it right. I have had 3 different case numbers since each has taken so long and you don’t want it to appear that it has taken a month to fix. Stay away from this mode TV.

Good tv but I wasn’t lucky this time.

I had the tv inside box for a month long. Make sure you test you product before 30 days return policy expires. Once I install on the wall. It doesn’t stay off.

Picture stopped working after a couple weeks

I was in the middle of watching a TV show and the screen went black and now the picture doesn't work. I get audio, but a black screen. I'd give it -5 stars if I could. TV not working after less than a month can't get a good review. Let's see if they honor their warranty.

Stripped Screws, Can't Detach Base

I've had the unit for 2 weeks, and now I'm unable to detach the base. It looks horrible. I'm shocked they would use such cheap screws on a tv like this.

Parts too expensive

Unless you purchased an extended warranty when you purchased your TV, you are responsible for any repairs when you are outside the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty period. I understand that you are upset over having to pay for repair, so in the future I highly suggest that you consider an extended warranty next time as it offers piece of mind in the unlikely event you may need service. ^Jennifer
