The picture is fantastic. I haven't got the sound system set up yet so right now we're using the television's own speakers and they are much better than I had expected. The only real negative is the remote control. I don't use the internal smart capabilities but use an external AppleTV. Controlling the input to switch it to an HDMI was ridiculous - I still don't know how I did it; there isn't a simple input button on the remote so I tried everything and eventually it switched. The remote also has an absurd pointer that moves around the screen as you move the remote, an example of technology for technology's sake which makes the whole thing much more difficult to use. It switches itself back to the smart interface sometimes but fortunately since I had previously used the HDMI, that now shows up on the quick picks at the bottom of the screen. Overall very happy with it but they badly need to simplify the control by returning to something that makes sense. I'd knock off half a star for this and give it four and a half stars if I could, but once you get it working, the quality is good enough that four stars isn't really enough.

It’s an OLED right?! Great picture, even though not the brightest of televisions it’s plenty bright and handles glare exceptionally well. Web OS is somewhat slow on occasion but other than that no complaints here, especially since I found it open box. What a bargain.

Wow — this TV is something else. The 4K OLED panel just hits different: the picture is sharp, colors pop, and black levels? Pitch-perfect. Watching movies, gaming, or just streaming shows — everything looks so crisp and vibrant.
WebOS runs smooth and fast, and flipping between apps is a breeze. The TV feels modern, clean, and high-end.
If you want a TV that nails picture quality, looks sleek, and never gets laggy or clunky when you switch around, this is the one you want.

I am extremely happy with my TV, The picture quality is absolutely stunning, deep blacks, vibrant colors and incredible clarity specially for movies and sports. The large screen makes it fell like a home theater experience.

Absolutely blown away! The picture is razor‑sharp, the colors burst off the screen, and the sound fills the room. The design is thin, lightweight, and incredibly easy to use. I’m so impressed that LG just earned my loyalty for every TV I buy from here on out.

The LG B5 77" delivers stunning picture quality with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and an incredibly immersive large screen. webOS is fast and easy to use, setup is simple, and overall performance is smooth for movies, sports, and gaming. Great value for a big-screen OLED — highly recommended.

Brilliant picture, fast CPU, awesome off-axis performance, and allows you to see darker media (many modern shows) while still being able to make out details and have true, dark black on the background. Stellar purchase so far.

Great tv, colors are great, blacks are perfect and deep and the gaming features are plenty. I love this tv and cant wait to see what it does for the collection of blurays I have. I would recommend this oled to anyone on a budget who wants to get the best picture possible from a budget tv.

Love the size of the screen. Got it on sale for 40% off, so it's a great value in that sense. My only criticism is that, since it's a B class, the refresh rate is lacking at times for sure. Watching hockey games, the puck movement gets very choppy at times. But other than that, the picture quality is absolutely gorgeous.

Makes a great living room tv, picture is amazing but recommend using the picture and sound settings! paired with the sr 70 sound bar and surround sound, and can actually understand dialogue now and with out action scenes or music being way too loud. I was originally worried about our multiple windows making the tv hard to see but with translucent curtains it’s decent. The picture is definitely better in the dark. Only little issue is light glare from living room light but with dimmable lights it helps. I’m amazed at what older shows look like too. Over all super nice tv at the more affordable price point.

I now own two LG OLED tv’s. The B3 model is much better than the B5.
The newer model feels like a step backwards. The blacks are almost identical but the HDR and SDR on the B5 are average. The bezel isn’t as thin as previous models. The entry level OLED’s have a reflection issue. The B5 shows a yellow tint to light whereas the B3 is more natural color. For the price, it’s not a bad TV. If you have an additional $600, step up to the C5
Biggest issues is Best Buy price match. They dropped the price from $1,499 to $1,299, and they refused to price match. I had issues with their “AI” online agent, and they gave me the run around for days until the window expired. Conveniently got to speak to a human on day 15. Not the end of the world, but well played Best Buy.

The 77” OLED B5 doesn’t feel entry-level at all. It looks and feels like a premium TV, especially considering the price. The OLED contrast and deep blacks really shine on a screen this big.
It’s not as bright as LG’s higher-end OLEDs, but it’s still plenty bright for everyday viewing and HDR content. Unless you’re comparing them side by side, you’re unlikely to feel like you’re missing out. Overall, it delivers a high-end experience at a much more reasonable cost, picked mine up for $1,300 at that price point I don’t think there’s anything that compares.
