I didn't purchase my TV from Best Buy, but I did have the Geek Squad mount it to my wall. First of all the tv's sharp picture and color clarity is the best I've ever seen. Before getting this TV was a fan of Sony's. Don't think I'll ever go back.I found myself sitting in my recliner and beng watching TV shows I missed for three days straight! I also love al the input lines and the Smart future. The only bad thing about buying this TV is that you'll want to get a bigger one by LG.

I bought two of these LG tv's. They have a fantastic picture, don't get hot and the sound is good enough. Only drawback is their weight, but that comes with the territory with a TV this large.

Just purchased the LG 79" 4K HD Ultra several weeks ago, and have no regrets. Super easy to install -- TV directs the installation - and the picture is beautiful. Cable TV, Netflicks, Amazon and all other internet providers are available from one easy to use controller. I am very happy with my purchase.

We went in to BestBuy to buy the Visio 80'. It wasn't instock so we ended up getting this TV for about the same price. Bought the delivery/setup/calibration too (highly suggested). It works as well as the Samsung TVs we have!

Great for viewing sports. The next best thing to sitting ringside at the glass. Go Blackhawks! Easy to set up, love the internet access! Great service from the BestBuy team. Purchase included free wall mount installation.

Picture is very good, has some weakness in color around outside edges and has bleeding with by lines. We saw all this on reviews for larger tv's.

I did a lot of research once deciding that we were going to upgrade to a large screen TV and found the LG to be the best value for the price. The picture is sharp and crisp in standard HD transmission and absolutely stunning when we've been able to watch 4KUHD content. I'm not big on technical specifications, but I know a good picture when I see one and this TV has it all for what I am looking for and the price was exceptional for the quality.

I love my new TV. The picture quality is insane. The smart features are so useful.

I like the T.V. Just a little hard to figure out everything. The user manual is almost no help. It also seems that you have to adjust the color for for every channel and I can't do any better than 1080i. Just wish I had something or someone to help me out with it. I'm sure more stars when I figure everything out.

Thank you for replacing the first TV as it appeared to be a lemon. 2nd TV is beautiful

not a bright picture during the day - room has a lot of nature light, but at night oh what a picture!

I had a 4 year old 70 inch Sharp and wanted to upgrade in size and brand quality. I was excited about moving up to an 80 inch tv and 4k. I was unsure that 4k ultra HD was something that was worth the greater expense but rationalized that if I was going to spend so much money, it might as well be the most current technology. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and even though current tv channels don't broadcast in 4k, it did seem to be better that my other tv. In my case, I didn't feel that an upgrade from 70 inches to 80 inches was as noticeable as I thought it would be. It is noticeable but given that after taxes and protection plans, the tv cost $5000, I just didn't think it was $5000 better than my other tv. I figured that i would wait until the price went down some more so now I'm waiting for the Black friday or Super Bowl deals to get this tv again. I returned the one I purchased because of the cost but was satisfied with the quality.

Great image quality and at 79 inches it's just a blast to watch movies. Definitely need to invest in an audio system.

This TV has awesome color and has great definition.

This tv has impressive image quality. I love the WebOs that's on here but just wish there was Plex available as an app. Kudos to LG on a great tv.

We upgraded our old TV from 70" to 80" and this TV is awesome! The screen is very thin and the clarity of the picture is very good. Highly recommended!

We use this TV as our meeting room monitor where we project presentations not only in house but have it linked so others abroad can log in via the web and join the meetings. Works great!
