For a TV that becomes unresponsive within the first week, one helpful step is to perform a full power reset by unplugging the unit for about 60 seconds and plugging it back in to allow the system to reboot. If the screen remains inactive, it can also help to check for any indicator lights on the lower bezel, as this can confirm whether the TV is receiving power. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the C5 OLED TV, the remote, not so much. I ended up getting the Google 4K streaming remote and love it, so much simpler. This TV with the Sonos ARC, Sub and back speakers makes it a fantastic system.

Small black bezel considering the size of the screen. I love the WebOS interface and remote with movable on screen pointer (much better than other Sony/Samsung big screens I have). Easy connectivity too. Haven't used the LG phone app yet so no opinion there.

I've had experience with LG TV's before so the system is pretty easy to navigate. I prefer the C5 series because it's a good "middle of the road" and fit my need, which was for a small/med conference room in a church. Because of that, I picked up a sound bar to go with it. The price was great thanks to the Superbowl sale.
