Almost got a Samsung 85, went to Alamo Ranch location & these 2 knowledage TV employees were awesome and ended up getting this LG and dont ever regret. I recommend paying for delivery cuz these third party contractors cracked my screen and so I end up paying for geek squad to deliver, Chris & Nick were awesome from delivery to setup. Got this TV on sale for $1800 from $4k!!! If your looking for a TV recommendation Foyland or Galliden from Bel or Ashley furniture store.

This is an excellent QLED that LG has refreshed for 2025. It absolutely contends with the Sony Bravia and Samsung mini LEDs especially with LG being much more price friendly. It’s great for watching movies, TVs, and sports. 4 hdmi 2.1 ports is a great bonus and the operating system and interface is very easy to use. I currently have this tv paired with LG’s S90TY sound bar and it’s a great combo.

Solid tv with great brightness. The associate at the store in gilroy was very helpful and walked me through all of the options. Easy to install and set up. Woks great with streaming service

Great blacks for a mini led tv, not quite oled picture but great value buy.

Tv has been great so far, I did have an issue with the first one I purchased as it was cracked right out of the box. However, Best Buy was great and got me a replacement within a day. Outside of that the tv has been great and the pictures quality it awesome.

I'm very happy with my purchase and so far it is working over well and has excellent picture quality. I highly recommend it

I recently bought this new tv and I'm really impressed. The picture quality is sharp, the colors are vivid, and the brightness is perfect even during the day. The interface is crazy fast and easy to navigate. Overall, it's been a great upgrade and I'm really happy with the purchase.

Clear tv.To set it up kit was easy ..what I like the most is sound.

Tv was delivered on time and with in the window it was scheduled for. Once the TV was setup its been easy to use and great picture.

The Tv and Sound bar are Wow.the picture quality of the TV is touched not The second bar is superb.

Disappointing experience – aggressive sales tactics and a “price match guarantee” that’s basically a trap. I went to Best Buy specifically for a 85” TV that was advertised with their 60-day price match guarantee. The salesman pushed hard, swore up and down that if the price dropped anywhere (including Best Buy itself) within 60 days, they’d refund the difference no problem. Felt pressured into buying that day because “stock was low” and “the deal wouldn’t last.” Two weeks later the exact same TV went on sale for $400 less at multiple retailers, including Best Buy’s own website. Called customer service to file the price match claim and was told, “Oh, price protection claims have to be processed the same day the lower price appears or the system automatically denies it.” Nowhere during the ‘pitch’ was this same-day rule mentioned. Another rep later admitted it’s a common issue. The TV itself is fine, but Best Buy’s high-pressure sales and this bait-and-switch price match policy left a terrible taste. Feels deliberately designed to make claiming the guarantee nearly impossible. Will be buying directly from the manufacturer or somewhere with transparent policies next time.

Love this TV. The picture is very bright and clear with consistent color edge to edge.
