Great TV everything I wanted and more , I’m not a fan of the tvs remote the wheel is a pain to use but every else about the tv is great , great for movie nights and playing video game on like Xbox X looks amazing .

I recently bought the LG 86" 85 Series QNED 4K tv and it’s been a game-changer. The picture quality is stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and the 4K resolution makes every detail pop. The webOS interface is super intuitive, making it easy to navigate between apps. Plus, the sound quality was surprisingly powerful without needing a soundbar (though I imagine pairing it with one would be amazing).

Picture quality is excellent. Sound is ok but i use a sound bar. Love the ease of access to apps from the home screen. Recommend if you get this model get a full motion mount for ease of access to the hdmi ports. Love the remote has an arrow feature that allows for ease of movement through screens. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent mid range tv. So high tech thought it was going to take forever to get settings right for different picture modes but this tv has a personalized picture wizard where they show a few groups of pics in different brightness clarity etc. and in a couple seconds you have the best format for what your eye wants and needs! Couldn’t be happier!

Love the tv. Excellent picture, great size and I love the interface. Huge upgrade from my old Samsung. I Wouldn’t buy from Best Buy again. The delivery did not set it up which I specifically asked the sales guy. As it’s too big for one person to set up. Additionally about 24hrs after buying it the price dropped $400. Which it was already more expensive than other places.

This tv is amazing picture quality is one of the best I have ever seen, sounds amazing right out the tv it's self when you change the settings for surround sound. It has everything you would want in a tv, smart, Bluetooth, etc

Great Picture, sound and overall superior TV. Used to have difficulty understanding what was being said. Not any more. The sound is clear and easy to understand. No muffling or difficulty hearing precisely what is being said.

The TV is surprisingly good quality. The only bad things on this TV is the sound that you can fix it with a sound bar.

TV was delivered and set up in a professional manner. The picture is great. I was going to spend more $$ for a “better” model but I am extremely pleased with this TV for the price.

Great TV, colors are great, easy to navigate, wifi connectivity is fast and quick, and good streaming capabilities.

Enjoying the larger picture. I would have liked more training on the use of the controls. I felt that the Geek team sent was knowledgable but seemed in a hurry to get to next job and didn;'t spend adequate time showing this senior citizen the use of the new TV control,
