Love my fridge. The only real problem I have with it. Is that the freezer drawers tend to catch themselves before closing and then slams. To be that defeats the purpose of the mechanism of a catch door.

No ice. The ice maker, for the first two days, kept on making a sound like "clank" but no ice to be seen. Finally I got some ice, but after that, no ice again. A technician is coming to repair it, but I just bought it. As per other reviews, other customers had the same problem. Doors are not leveled, but that is a minor issue. Also when delivered, I was told that it didn't fit, which was weird because my old fridge was the same size and it fitted perfectly, the delivery guy finally pushed it in but now its so weird that the fridge is stock halfway. Also the bottom drawer has no light and the items near the front of the bottom drawer are not frozen. Freezer capacity is smaller that my old fridge.I was offer an exchange, but it makes me nervous that I may encounter the same problems. I think of getting another style. By the way the ice tray is very small. I can tell that if you hold a party, you will run out of ice as soon as your party starts. I gave two stars because of the look and the knock on door light.

We had a LG in our old house and loved it. When the LG in our newly purchased house died we when shopping for a new one. My wife really likes the LG interior setup and the beverage door has become a nice feature.

LG was a great quality ,it works fine and easy to installed , I mean there is nothing to complain about it thanks again,

I love this Refrigerator. It is deep and we usually didn’t have room in our old Fridge, but with one it looks bare. I’m so glad we purchased this Refrigerator.

Cool fridge. The ice and water are chill. Had to go catch my fridge cause it was running.

Great in store service, couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is a huge fridge. Also great delivery service, they went above and beyond by giving us a suggestion when the fridge didn't fit as we wanted it to!

I love it! Excellent fridge. I only wish all the shelves had the drop down feature.

We love the refrigerator. We had concerns about the size of the icemaker, but we have entertained and it keeps up just fine.

So far so good. Love the features, love the phone app that lets me know if the door has been left open and other great info.

This fridge is beautiful and delivered on time. This fridge is on back order for my area. I was so surprised when BestBuy had it and was able to deliver in 3 days.

This is the second LG that we have owned. The only reason we bought this new on, is we sold our house with all the appliances included. We are very pleased with the all the " new " aspects of this unit.

I would say that ordering online and delivery was so smooth. Havent yet started using but I will update this post as soon as i hook up this refrigerator.

I am so happy with this purchase. As usual the Best Buy Geek Squad were amazing. They removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one in less than an hour.

Plentiful shelf space on the doors. Noticed the doors need to be pushed to because it does not self close. The two freezer doors makes finding cold stuff easy and less time digging through a large bin.

It was delivered and installed without any issues. It looks very nice, although we were thinking the middle drawer was part of refrigerator and not freezer. But we did not do our research. We still like it .

I love this fridge! It looks classy and elegant in my kitchen! The freezer space in any fridge is never enough, but I really like the 2 drawers. It makes great ice cubes too!
