    Live the size and look of the refrigerator however the small ice maker doesn’t work well for my family and makes ice slow. Biggest downfall is the ice maker.

    Love the space BUT problems with water leaking

    I had a problem with water coming from ice maker/water dispenser to the point I needed to get a water alert. Door with icemaker/water dispenser was replaced about a month and a half ago. Since then there have been two incidents where there was water on the bottom of the dispenser. 1st time maybe 1-2 ice cubes, today maybe 1/10 of a cup. In both cases when I went to get ice, water sprayed out also. It was explained to me that the leakage is the ice at the bottom of the dispenser may melt. I think there is a design flaw with the ice maker in the door. It is more space efficient but had a Kenmore with an icemaker for over 15 years and it NEVER leaked like this. Vendor LG used did not speak English and was not very responsive. I definitely would NOT recommend this refrigerator despite the fact I love the cold saver and everything else. I should not have to worry about water leaking and spraying when I get ice.

    Looks Great but defective!

    I like the features and look of this refrigerator. Delivery was on time, Professional and courteous. Regrettably, it will not make and I have to wait a week for service. Also, the dispenser light doesn't come on.

    As soon as they finished installing, we noticed the door was not sealing and one door is higher than the other. Now we have to wait until February for the replacement

    My only complaint.... The water dispenser has know locking when filling a pitcher or glass. You have to hold it down until desired level.

    Water in the door doesn’t have enough cold water storage you only get half a glass of cold water, need a longer storage tube ?

    Fridge is good but delivery was so-so

    Item had scratches on the inside plastic case. Since it is a large appliance I chose to not return it for this small issue but we aren't too happy with the damage.

    Ordered it over a month ago. Before three days till delivery date, they emailed me and told me they don't have the item for another month and half. I have to call them to confirm they don't have it. They are not even sure if they will have the item by then. They should have told me before so I could have gone somewheres else to buy it. Now, I have no choice. This is waste of time and bestbuy should be responsible for this incident.

    The design of this fridge is awful! Both freezer bins (no idea why they would split them up) have strange plastic bin inserts that are very poorly designed and you cannot fit much in them. For some reason the ice coming out of the ice maker tasted really badly like plastic no matter how many times I dumped out our full ice bins. I called both LG and Best buy to ask what they thought I could do and was told nothing but I could exchange for a different refrigerator. I even bought non-LG water filters just to see and they still tasted bad. Mind you, the ice that came from our old refrigerator that died after four and a half years tasted perfectly fine. We decided to return the refrigerator and get a different one. I would not recommend this appliance.

    Insta-view door compartment does not cool below 45 degrees, tried two of this model and same on both.

    Took 3 months to get. I find out I don’t have the same warranty coverages that a new one has. Even though they delivered a brand new refrigerator. This after asking the manager and sales persons if it had the same warranty.

    Condenser Fan

    Six weeks after purchasing the refrigerator was delivered. The refrigerator has great features and looks very nice. After being plugged in for several hours the Code E-CF appeared. (Condenser Fan) The code overrides the dispensing functions (Water, Ice, etc). We have ordered a replacement that will take another five weeks to arrive. Difficult to Rate a Refrigerator that is defective. I wuil do so when the new one arrives.

    Delivered with a dent in door, was told be replaced, heard nothing. Door handle broken, Tap glass door light doesn't work properly.
