    After a year, the ice maker quit working. We have replaced it 3 times, and each of them is not working. On top of that, the LG warranty is only for 1 year. I have the Best Buy warranty; that is the only thing that is helping this situation. I do not recommend this product. Also... there is only a small area to put tall containers, such as milk.

    Beautiful to look at, but space wise leaves much to be desired. The freezer trays barely hold enough frozen foods for a family of 4. God help you if you have more.

    Broken refrigerator and NO tech comes to fix it!

    I purchased this refrigerator a month ago along with a warranty. So it was delivered and immediately an error code pops up showing the mother board has a problem. I have made many calls for a service tech to come out to fix it! Given dates they will come and call to confirm but no one comes! I need help!!!

    The delivery and install was a terrible experience. The fridge door was damaged bringing it into the house and the water line was connected wrong causing significant water damage. The fridge is great but, Best Buy doesn’t build that. You buy from Best Buy for the service. After having the issue finding the right person to contact is a serious game of phone tag. Don’t bother going to the store that sold you the fridge. They can’t help. They just refer you to the corporate call center.

    Best buy is by far the worst to buy appliances from. Things don’t show up, people are rude and mentally abusive, when they do show up they show up broken and the workers say they can’t get the appliances in and leave small women to move things themselves

    Refrigerator has issues after year warranty and Best Buy total tech doesn’t cover it . Don’t get refrigerator or total tech

    Item stopped working immediately after deliver ... Best Buy is GREAT ... they are replacing it BUT IT HAS TAKEN A MINTH OR SO!

    I’ve been waiting months for the refrigerator back ordered got the refrigerator off alignment water system does not work need to wait three more months for a replacement

    Delivered the refrigerator with damages on handle and the side. And no help from Best Buy store or support center. I'm going to return it.

    Didn't get my delivery, very much dissatisfied with the delivery department, waited 13 days and after that they told me that I had to wait another 20 days for my delivery, totally disappointed.

    Love my ref ridge

    Beautiful styling. A lot of space for 28 c'. Instaview door is very convenient. Pressure for water is slight however it may be the length of the hose. LG has the best reputation from Consumer's report.

    Worst refrigerator ever...

    This almost $4,000 refrigerator was purchased in Nov 2017. and stopped working completely in Aug 2020. LG Customer service is the worst than their product. Service appointment was given in 4 weeks of time. We waited for 4 weeks and on the appointment day we got a text that they have to reschedule our service appointment????? Guess to when? In another month after the initial appointment. So it'll be 2 months before hopefully some technician can come and determine what the darn thing is not cooling. Then they will schedule another appointment to install or fix whatever part is not working good. So for a $4000 refrigerator stopped working after less than 3 years of time on Aug 30th, may be running again hopefully by Christmas time. This is ridiculous. LG should stop putting WiFi in their refrigerators and instead make a refrigerator that cools and works for more than 3 years. Anybody who buys an LG refrigerator is throwing their money away! I have similar complaints from many LG user friends and relatives. Unfortunately I didn't research their reputation before I bought this piece of junk. Don't make the same mistake!
