We love this fridge, and it is a dream come true. We have a gallery kitchen and it fit perfectly. I read some of the bad reviews that said it was noisy (the only time I hear anything is when the ice cubes drop, and only if I'm standing next to it), I read that the ice maker doesn't make ice fast enough (we live in Arizona 115 degrees in the summer and the ice maker keeps up fine for our household of 3). The cubes are small and do melt fast, but I find that if I drink my glass of water a little faster, then it's no problem. I read one review that said the only place to put milk was in the Door-In-Door, because if you put your milk inside you won't have any room for anything else. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have 2 milk gallons in the Door-In-Door and 1 gallon inside, and still have a ton of room for everything else. The middle adjustable temp drawer we use for meats & cheese, and there is a ton of space in the freezer. The only problem we have had with this fridge was the delivery, the delivery guys had to remove all the doors just to get it through our front door, and when they reassembled it they didn't put it back together correctly. The main doors were uneven and we couldn't figure out how to adjust them, after a month Best Buy finally sent the delivery guys back out. Turns out they didn't balance the fridge correctly by adjusting the legs, of you can't do that without a level which I had but they didn't. You would think that if you deliver and setup products you would have the proper tools for customer satisfaction.

I love this fridge. After my old one it's such an improvement I can't even begin to describe it. The door-in-door is fantastic, I know it seems like a gimmick at first but having your beverages and tall things available without opening the entire fridge is super useful. The flex drawer is by far my favorite part though. It makes finding things soooo easy. I use it for produce and instead of digging through a bin everything is easily accessible and again doesn't require opening the entire fridge to get to. It really increases my likelihood to eat right when I have fruits and veggies easy to grab.

Have had it for a little over a month now. This refrigerator has everything that you could ever need! It allows for so much organization- there’s a place for everything! Very smart design. This was our first time purchasing a refrigerator and there are so many options to choose from that it can be overwhelming. I am glad that we went with this one. It fits perfectly in the cut out dedicated to a refrigerator in my kitchen and it has tons of storage! I really love the middle drawer with the dividers. And I love that they are not one, but TWO pull out drawers inside of the large freezer area at the bottom. The water and icemaker are amazing and I love the quick reach door as well to store all of our frequently used drinks and smaller items. I also like the slim design of the ice maker and that it doesn’t take up valuable space inside the main area of the fridge. I only give it four stars as sometimes the button to open the quick reach door sticks. I went back-and-forth between this version and the one with the see-through panel that you knock on (fancy smancy lol). Although cool to have, it is a little unnecessary and when you think about it, sometimes the inside of your refrigerator is not as organized or as pretty as you would like. Not necessarily something you want to have on display. The all stainless steel exterior guarantees that it will always match our kitchen whatever house we live in. Who knew you could be so excited about a refrigerator?! Would purchase again!

This LG replaced our GE double armoire SS fridge. We absolutely love it. The storage and design make this a great investment after looking at so many refrigerators. It's so easy to keep things organized. It's a huge fridge so make sure it fits. Mine sticks out about a couple inches further than our last fridge. Because of our kitchen layout with it being next to our pantry... it still looks great!

I purchased the LG Door in Door 29.9 Cubic Ft 4 door refrigerator with my home daycare in mind. It holds so much more food items and the various compartments make it easy to locate items. The fact that I do not need to open the entire fridge to access milk keeps the rest of the fridge cool and saves energy. Looks wonderful in the kitchen.

I have been waiting years to get a refrigerator and found this deal at Best Buy. My experience with Best Buy was great from the purchase to delivery. They were professional and timely. I love the new refrigerator, plenty of room for everything. It is true, I went from a 25 sq ft. side by side Whirlpool Conquest to the 29.7 sq. ft. I have so much more room. I did not throw a bunch of things out either when switching to refrigerator. The smaller ice cube storage is not an issue. Cubes are smaller but I like smaller cubes, Refrigerator is quite no issues in the 2 weeks I have had it and glad I made the purchase. The freezer makes it so easy to be organized with the 2 drawer plus tub area. You will not go wrong to purchase this wonderful refrigerator if you are on the fence. I have a husband that is very conservative and he loves it. He complains of the price however Best Buy has been the least expensive in the merchant place for this refrigerator. Go for it, you will love it. I went with the black stainless and it goes lovely with my stainless/black trim appliances.

We've had our LG refrigerator for about a month and so far so good! We are a family of six and the large size of this refrigerator is perfect for our family, we love the door in door so the kids don't have to open the whole fridge to get the milk and we don't have to open it for creamer :) The lighting and clear shelves make it so easy to see everything you have, I mean everything; we couldn't do that in our side by side. We also love the "third" drawer for all our deli and cheese items! My husband loves that the ice maker and water are in two separate spots, over all we are one happy family!

We needed new frig and one with decent space. This has it all double door top for regular things. Right door is door in door able to open an outer door and grab orange juice, milk, dressing, pickles quickly. All accessible from inner part of door. Inside shelves can roll forward plenty of room. Left door has ice and water. The middle drawer is one of the high lights 30" across 5" deep and as deep as fridge. What makes it special is you can set temps as you see fit ours is set at the cold drink 33deg. You could set for wine 39deg cheeses at 37 or 29deg for more freezer space. Bottom drawer is the freezer and is huge with 2 pull out shelves easy for pizzas. Enough freezer to save us from having to buy another appliance

Bought to replace 22 cubic' side-by-side. Reviewed several models and brands. Decided on this model because of the slim on-door ice maker. Allows more room inside. Love the door-in-door, Custom chill drawer and freezer area.

I did a lot of homework to find the right fridge and I am so glad that I took the time. This fridge has all of the items that I was looking for. My favorite aspect of this fridge is the ice machine. It DOES NOT take up any space within my fridge and is fully contained in the door. This leave more space for items in my fridge. I have read a few reviews that complain the ice maker doesn't keep up with making ice for people who use a lot of ice. This is not the case at all for me. I live in a household of 4 adults and 2 kids. Almost everyone uses the ice dispenser and not once have we encountered a time where there was no ice to dispense. One feature about the ice maker that I enjoy is that it has the ICE PLUS feature that in the event you do need more ice, the fridge goes into power mode for making ice for 24 hours. I wish this feature could stay on for longer, but it works. The depth of this fridge is amazing and there is so much space. I am only 5'0" and have a hard time reach the top back of the fridge, but I think this is a great problem to have compared to my old small fridge. The middle drawer is a life saver for when I need to hide something from the kiddos because they forget it is there. HEHE It is great that it has an adjustable temperature control. It allows for me to store wine, or meat depending on what I need. The drawer freezer is also nice. I like to roll out sheets of cookie dough and chill them. The middle tray in the freezer is perfect for this and it allows me to put any size sheet. I am very pleased with this purchase and so happy that I upgrade from my double door fridge.

I love the middle drawer! I was in doubt if it would be worth the extra money but I am glad I got it. There is where I keep my cold beer:).

I absolutely love the refridgerator. Its spacous,brightly lite and has great little cubbies for small items right when you open the door. Also love the door in a door. So easy to grab just what you need without opening the whole door. Very well made. Excellant use of space with the ice cubes. Love the touch controls. Highly recommend the fridge to friends

Bought this to replace our thirteen year old Kenmore Refridgerator. Was looking for a much deeper and wider machine. This new fridge has more capacity and usefulness than most currently on the market. Received great customer service, on time delivery, and impeccable product quality. Very happy with our choice and most definitely recommend!

I couldn't be happier with this refrigerator! There is more than enough room for everything that I need and having that refrigerated drawer is perfect for sodas. The quick access mini door on the right is great for condiments or other frequently accessed items. It is nice not to have to open the entire refrigerator area to get something out. I highly recommend it!

Don't think I could love a fridge more. It's a 13 out of 10.!!! I am so organized in this fridge. Love how deep it is. Love the quick access on door and the quick cubbies for cheese. There isn't one thing I don't love about it. Also like shelves on the doors. For maximum efficiency. Love love love it great buy at Best Buy. New slogan :)~

Sold an older version of the same fridge with the sale of our house. When we bought a new house we had to buy anew fridge and of course we chose LG!! Love this fridge, didn't think we could find anything better than our old fridge but this is just the new and IMPROVED version! LOVE IT!!

We receive such a deal and a regular Best Buy store today we noticed the price was $3,000 $600 off so it would have been $3,600 for the same refrigerator $2100 could not find a defect anywhere, we were able to easily add a 3-year extended warranty

I really like this refrigerator very much. I like the variety of cold temperatures so I can customize to the type of food/drink. It allows me to enjoy sodas and other drinks at very cold temperatures while keeping cheese and other foods at a more appropriate temp. Also, like the water and ice dispenser. Very adequate production of ice; nice cool water. Well hidden ice bin,too. Convenience of the door-in-door feature is nice in the morning for milk, creamer and oj etc. Very spacious fridge, too. Also, we enjoyed working with the sales person at Best Buy. Nick is Very helpful!

Excellent fridge. Purchased it to replace a Maytag that was only 4 years old and riddled with problems. Lots of storage spaces, beautiful bright lighting on in interior. LOVE love the door/storage for the things you use frequently! Freezer has 3 compartments and is very large. The custom chill drawer is nothing short of something that I didnt know that I wanted until I got it1 Nothing negative about this fridge!
