So far it's pretty good (one week today). Just having one problem of having to add Microsoft Money to the new computerso that I can transfer the history.

Fingerprint magnet
no microSD card reader are my only issues.
The other issue I resolved which was removing the stickers when you open the clamshell.
Awesome machine, especially when on sale.

After 1 1/2 months after purchasing this computer, I can say that it is meeting my expectations for replacing the old computer. The keyboard feature on this computer is exactly what I needed. The screen size is more than sufficient for the computer work that I need.

I like this laptop because it’s very thin and lightweight. It also has a backlit keyboard which is important for me as it’s easy to see in dim light. It’s new to me and the first time I’ve tried an LG laptop but I like the brand and hope it meets my expectations.

Purchased this at the end of August. Waited to do a review until I could fully try all the features. This is an amazing laptop. The weight and battery are amazing. I didn't want a bulky heavy laptop. In addition, I was looking for a laptop with a strong battery life. LG hits it out of the park on both. I don't use the touch screen all that much but it is nice to have for some people. Keypad is essential for those working with numbers. Ram and display exceed expecations.

Love my computer, but especially grateful to the salesman who helped me find it. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went way beyond expectations to help me find the best computer at the best price for my needs.
Thanks Best Buy

I purchased this 17" Touch Screen LG - gram laptop and I'm really thrilled. I was apprehensive going from a desktop model to a laptop, but this 17" screen spreads the typing platform just enough to make it very easy to use. This is my first touch screen also, and I will never go back. Very good tech and quality manufactured!

To get the bad out of the way first, when I first powered it on, it didn't boot into windows, the system said it couldn't find a boot device. Not a big deal, I was planning on reinstalling anyway but wanted to make sure everything was working fine first. LG driver page is not very good, just basic drivers, they want you to use their LG update installer, but if you don't have an OS to boot into that's a bit problematic. I did get windows installed and it did activate automatically so that's fine. I don't like having to hit the fn + f8 key for the keyboard every time you beet though.
I tried fedora Linux and popos, both worked good, no issues except the finger print reader doesn't word, this version is not supported as of Jan 26.
Other than those issues, it's a pretty good laptop at the price point I got it for on black Friday. The display is ok, but wish it had a better refresh rate than 60.
