This beats the heck out of the rear facing speakers built into so many thin flat panel tv's. But, note, there is no subwooofer with this, so, you don't get that thumping bass that some sound bars offer. This does offer multiple inputs and is easy to setup. I am happy with this purchase, especially since I got it at a very good price!

The sound is great. Makes a big difference having a sound bar or not having one. Won't go without one now. Everyone should have one.

I bought this as my mom's Christmas present. She did not like the older Bose 5.1 system and Pioneer receiver that she had. This sounds just a good, and gets just as loud, it does however lack bass as there is no dedicated subwoofer. She was very happy with the change, as it's much more pleasing to the eyes, there's not a big pile of wires, and now has one less remote to deal with.

Great sound. A bit bulky. Bluetooth is awesome and easy to connect

can hear tv better instead of having to set volume on tv at 20 or higher, only need set sound bar at 10

returned the LG SH4 due to having issues with ARC.Bought this as open box for same price as the one I returned. I love the all in one concept,perfect for my living room. I love all the bells and whistles this unit has compared to the SH4. dont let open box deter you, just buy the added warranty and your set.

I got it for my LG tv, the speaker works very well with LG TV, both are from LG, so I can control the volume with LG remote, instead of have to use it's own, and it turns off and on with LG TV, very nice sound, lot better than the LG tv, but it has no subwoofer, so not lot of base, simple to set up, easy to use, especially for LG tv.

The XBOX sounds great on it it has good bass sound

Great purchase. I recommend the coffee maker to anyone who drinks alot of coffee during the day. It will make a complete pot (12 cups), 20 ounces in the caraffe supplied or single cups using K-cups. It also has the capability to allow you to use your own coffee to make single cups with the supplied K-Cup insert.

Good deal. I have nose sound bar and this LG, LG has better sound.

I like that the speaker doesn't need the sub for the bass, but it makes the speaker too tall and blocks the bottom of the TV screen. I'd mount on the wall, but then the ribbon displaying what source is on would be blocked. Right now it's sitting on the old sound bar, may mount the TV on the wall.

This little guy really puts out the vibes! Love the simple lines of the bar.

I was looking at lg sound bars because all my tvs are lg and already have another lg bar with sub the lg guy in the store showed this too me with bass ports in back its very crisp and you can hear deep sound kinda of similar to sub but not as loud overall great sound bar

Was able to get an open box. Wow the sound is better than I expected. Better than the tv speakers but not the same as my amplifier and surround sound speakers. Would buy this setup again though.

I bought this sound bar for the 80inch lg tv. The Harmon Lardon sound system on the tv is very good and the sound bar didn't enhance the sound much, so I returned it at the local Best Buy store.

Needed to have a certain input for turntable so my daughter could play her albums through the sound bar. Worked like a charm with plenty of sound output. She is very happy.
