I like the virtual remote you can download on your phone. Ease of use is fantastic. Great unit for the price

I purchased the LG blu-ray/DVD player for my three-year-old twins bedroom. It works as expected and I haven't had any problems with it. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had a play button on the actual player it's self. There's nothing more irritating than having your two little ones wanting to watch their favorite movie and you can't find the remote to make the movie start.

This model of LG Blu-Ray Player includes built in WiFi and several apps including Netflix and Hulu.

Switched from Sony to LG after two units crashed on me. LG is great & really enjoy the player!

Does well for an inexpensive Blu ray player. Wi-Fi is functional, but menus can be tough to navigate

Seems to work okay. It was to be a gift so can't tell about on-going quality. Store was really short on simple Blu-ray players. Was surprised that the HDMI cable did not come with it, nor were very many TV brands listed to sync the remote with. But as a simple to use player it is fine.

Place good music and movies every family should have one

It is just a standard Bluray player. It works well. I just have one issue with it, it loses the wi-fi signal and prompts me to re-establish it, even though I don't use the wi-fi.

If you put blu ray CDs in this you can watch movies at home. The remote is quite small.

The price was on sale but for technalogy thats going to be obsolete around 12/17 it shouldve been $10 cheaper. Easy setup, and use. The manager was rude and didnt want to give me a discount of any kind dispite it being an open box. Never going to that bestbuy again.

It stalls too many times, and I have to reset it although the internet is awesome!

I was unable to watch Netflix on the television in my bedroom as it is not a Smart TV. The built-in Wi-Fi feature enabled me to watch Netflix with no problems and avoided me having to purchase a new television.

This a great 3D 4K player. It’s easy to use and a fantastic addition to anyone’s home entertainment system.

Great product. It's easy to use and what I was looking for. I wanted the blu-ray with streaming so I could watch some of the streaming channels, but could also watch DVD and blu-ray movies if I wanted.

interface seems a bit dated but it's easy enough to navigate and I can hook my external HD to it.

I really like the features - TV, Video, Pictures. And the learning curve is easy enough.

Weve now had it for a year. at first things seem to work fine. a couple months after we got this, it started freezing while we would stream netflix, we stream wireless with this device and at first i figured it was the internet but then i noticed we where not having issues with other devices with similar setup range from router etc.. so well probably replace it here seoon

Purchasing this high quality DVD really made a difference in the picture. I appreciate the sales associate at Best Buy’s in grand junction who are very knowledgeable about their product and steered me in the right direction.
