Was so pleased to find this LG Blu-ray player, with the help of Best Buy consultants.... Had to return a Sony because it didn't support Amazon Prime - but this LG does ! My only complaint is lack of set-up instructions, but figured it out quickly and it was easy. Machine does just what we need it to do, doesn't take up much space and so far, works perfectly.

It functions and plays both Blu-ray and DVD disks. Have LG TV it works great with and the TV remote and player remote both seem to work seemlessly letting me do stuff without needing two remotes most of the time. Feel a little cheap and low end and I regret not getting a 4k player for $40-50 more which seem like it would have been a longer term value - but this meets the need. Paid full price which was at the time $79 - but I would only expect to pay about $50 for something of this size and build (plastic) quality. Look for it on sale or refurbished and I think you will be happy with it - but at full price you might regret paying so much when you probably could have gotten a better 4k player for not much more.

We needed a small unit with wifi features. This was no sale and does a great job. Easy to hook up to a small video monitor. Does a great job.

Works as it should. Easy to use. More features than I thought I needed. Compact size.

Seems to be a good blu ray/ DVD player so far! It can connect to WiFi also to play Hulu and Netflix. It’s a much better price than the other LG blu Ray players.

Bought this blu-ray player for my bedroom. It was ease to setup and the wi-fi works well for my needs and plays both my dvd's and blu-ray movies, with a excellent picture.

As a blu-ray player, this is a great option. No issues with any blu-ray or dvd discs so far. Very quiet when running as well! The streaming part of this player is just okay. The menu set up is a bit annoying and there are only six options for apps. Netlfix, Prime, Vudu, Youtube, and two other I'm not similar with. The remote is delayed and a bit glitchy with the apps. Especially Youtube. If you have slow wifi DO NOT get this for streaming. If you have fast wifi that doesn't mess up a lot you should be fine. All around a pretty good option. I think it's a bit pricey for what it is but all blu-ray players seem to be. I would still recommend this as long as it's for a house that gets fast wifi.

the player is great I can play standard DVDs 4k ultra HD DVDs blue-ray DVDs and music CDs sound is excellent picture is also excellent and when you turn the player off and then turn it back on it will start the movie where you left off does the same for music CDs and tv series dvds it doesn't make you start over again at the beginning. it does have other features you can use but I haven't tried them yet good price.

I got this to have a versatile device to stream Netflix and other apps on my TV. I paid more for the LG because I have a LG TV and wanted to ensure compatibility. I don't know if it's the player or my provider home DVR router system, but it often won't connect to my network and loses the login. Netflix often buffers and freezes. I haven't played DVDs yet. One thing that is not good is the remote controller. It's very flimsy and doesn't connect well with the player. Have to press buttons repeatedly and hold it up high in direct line with the player which located up high. The remote controller is really bad. Thinking of trying to get a universal remote control and hopefully being able to connect that with the player. I'm guessing they all have their own issues, so I would rate this as average. I'll say that I will recommend, but not sure, so I advise to check it out or get opinions.

Very easy to set up. I wish the power on light was a little easier to seee. If you have WI-Fi, this unit will do most of the things a Smart tv can do without having to spend the $250.00 plus upcharge for smart functions on the TV. The Blue Ray playback quality is great. The only complaint that I have is the remote is too small. i

Good value, but the remote is not as handy as my Sony DVD player. Excellent picture and sound.

It is really easy to use and the picture is very clear. I like the size of the player too, compared to my old one which was much bigger.

I choose this blu ray player as a balance of features and budget. Picture is clear, reads bluray and dvd flawlessly, and setup was easy.

Bought this blu-ray to watch a wedding video. It's compact, user friendly and does the job nicely. A good choice for the price range.

My intent was to get a replacement unit for my 4 year old blu-ray player. What I got was more than I expected. My old unit was not wi-fi compatible, but this new one is and it's allowed us to connect to our Netflix account. We can now stream movies and watch dvd's on one device. And it cost less than $80!

Price was reasonable. Easy hook up. Good quality picture. Would recommend it to friends and family.
