This was my first wifi DVR player. Setting up was really easy, so was using it. A couple months ago though (after 2 years of owning it) the remote went out. I called customer service & I was told I would have to pay $20 for a new remote. The good thing is that it's a wifi device so I downloaded an app on my phone & voilà, all is good. I actually prefer this, less remotes to keep track off

Overall for the price this is a decent blu-ray player, the remote is small and somewhat lacking but if there isn't a button for the function you can get to the function through the info menu. I would buy this again.

Good price and simple enough to give to my parents without issue. Needed to unplug twice in the first week because it stopped responding which is why I only gave it 4 stars but otherwise it's been problem free.

This product is so easy to use. I barely had to use the directions. The clarity on my TV is absolutely incredible! The sound clarity as well is stupendous!! Never heard better!!

We purchased one of these LG Blu-ray players a few months ago. It was easy to set up (10 seconds to set up) , good quality, and has built-in Wi-Fi. We just purchased another two for other TVs in our house. We use it primarily to watch NetFlix and Blu-ray movies. There are several other built in apps but I have not used them yet. Would buy this player again if I needed another Blu-ray player.

To change Blu-ray region turn the power button off and press the number 1 2 or 3 depending on which region you want to use next. At least these are the instructions that came with my player, which is responsive and fine, miniaturized. The remote is small; even my small fingers can miss the buttons.

I purchased a DVD-only capable unit before buying the LG BP350. There were problems with that DVD-player, Best Buy took it back no questions asked and I picked up the LG BP350 instead. So glad I did that. Having the Internet Access to things like NETFLIX, etc. work great, not to mention the wonderful quality of the DVD player with BLU-RAY capability. I highly recommend this unit (also with a great price tag).

This DVD player is compact but still has a big package. It has wireless WiFi connection ability, and you can watch Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube without any extra boxes.

I like the compact size. Menus is kinda of plain. I was hoping I could stream Peacock on this but I can’t. No sleep mode either

Very compact, fits nicely on a bookshelf. Have limited space and fits nicely. Highly recommend if you have a small space, and the price was great.

This player is small and does not take up any space. The only drawback is that the play button and other menu buttons are not on the player itself. This creates a real problem when the toddler hides the remote.

This is a very nice DVD player. Very easy to use, and good quality. I teach OSHA classes and need a reliable player for the instructional DVDs. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy to setup and intuitive to use. Limited number of streaming sites, won't replace my Roku for streaming. No problem reading formats of home movies and pics. Nice little machine.

works well as a blue ray player,but for streaming Utube or Amazon prime it will buffer.Went through several differant brands with the same problem.
