Good price and simple enough to give to my parents without issue. Needed to unplug twice in the first week because it stopped responding which is why I only gave it 4 stars but otherwise it's been problem free.

For the price this was a great bluray player to replace my defective Sony bluray that was only 3 years old. I ordered a new Pink Floyd/David Gilmour bluray from Amazon and the Sony would not download nor play the bluray. Sent bluray back. After trying a few others the Sony would not play them either.Mad that I sent the Gilmour bluray back. After purchase of the new LG bluray, all my blurays play perfectly on it. Pairs up with and Onkoyo receiver and Klipsch Heresey IVs with Klipsch subwoofer 12", It rocks the house.

Needed a simple Blu-ray replacement player and this did the trick. Great value and having wifi capability has helped tremendously. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased one of these LG Blu-ray players a few months ago. It was easy to set up (10 seconds to set up) , good quality, and has built-in Wi-Fi. We just purchased another two for other TVs in our house. We use it primarily to watch NetFlix and Blu-ray movies. There are several other built in apps but I have not used them yet. Would buy this player again if I needed another Blu-ray player.

I purchased a DVD-only capable unit before buying the LG BP350. There were problems with that DVD-player, Best Buy took it back no questions asked and I picked up the LG BP350 instead. So glad I did that. Having the Internet Access to things like NETFLIX, etc. work great, not to mention the wonderful quality of the DVD player with BLU-RAY capability. I highly recommend this unit (also with a great price tag).

To change Blu-ray region turn the power button off and press the number 1 2 or 3 depending on which region you want to use next. At least these are the instructions that came with my player, which is responsive and fine, miniaturized. The remote is small; even my small fingers can miss the buttons.

This DVD player is compact but still has a big package. It has wireless WiFi connection ability, and you can watch Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube without any extra boxes.

This product is so easy to use. I barely had to use the directions. The clarity on my TV is absolutely incredible! The sound clarity as well is stupendous!! Never heard better!!

This player is small and does not take up any space. The only drawback is that the play button and other menu buttons are not on the player itself. This creates a real problem when the toddler hides the remote.

I like the compact size. Menus is kinda of plain. I was hoping I could stream Peacock on this but I can’t. No sleep mode either

Sad to say this is my first ever Blu Ray player, but I absolutely love it! I bought it cause it was a good price. Very easy to use which helps cause I have young kids who like to turn on their own movies

Easy to setup and intuitive to use. Limited number of streaming sites, won't replace my Roku for streaming. No problem reading formats of home movies and pics. Nice little machine.

I purchased this product to go with my new 4k TV. The new technology isn't common enough to get the 4k product and LG has proven themselves to provide excellent products. This Blu-Ray player is no different. It is simple to use and I love the Netflix access. It really broadened out viewing options. Colors are crisp and clear, plays everything. Overall, great purchase.
