Not the best sound quality, especially compared to other cheaper wireless headphones like the JAM Transit headphones. It also had difficulty sustaining a connection with my Note 4. It would consistently skip so-to-speak during songs; not a smooth play through, particularly when transitioning to and from a wifi connection. I would not recommend this product.

Great item, just wanted the noise cancelling while I was talking so i upgraded to the Ultra version.

If you are needing to have your hands free they are good but them to have problems from time to time

I replaced my LG Tone Pro 800HBS after a year of use with this product and have been disappointed with how quickly the sound has deteriorated and how often it disconnects from my iPhone during a call. Will be replacing with the warranty, but not a fan of this series.

I couldnt use other sturdy (not earbud) headsets with my glasses so this is great as it goes around your neck. It cancels alot of other noise, so I use it with one ear bud in. Sometimes, the earbuds come out of their magnetic slot and get tangled. Overll, I like it.

LG - Tone Pro Wireless Headset I literally used these headphones about 10-15 times in about a week and a half time period. I "DON'T" like to put the volume on my headphones as high as I can put it like some people. I prefer it to be low enough for me to hear if someone is going to call me across the room. Well for some odd reason one of the earbuds is not working as well as the other one causing an imbalance in the volume. I'm the only one in my house who uses these headphones and I'm extremely careful with the things I buy. I still use the box ands it's cardboard shoes frame on all my shoes even if it's my workout shoes. This was a waste of money for me because I can't even use those headphones anymore and I didn't even have it for two whole weeks. Now I wish I used that money on my books instead of dumping it in the trash. I would not recommend this product to any living soul because it was a waste of time and money. RATE -10

I have been using the LG Tone series for about 3 years. I use them while running and at work. Comfortable around the neck and good sound quality
