This item is great! I have two of these. One for work and one for home. So much better than head phones.

I like this set. The volume is good. I am able to use them on all sort of items, my phone computer, ipad.

The service was great, gave helpful and useful information. Will be back again to purchase another one.

This is our second pair of LG headphones, and we love them. They work well, the sound quality is great.

This is a good headset. I find myself purchasing several a year. This one has very thin wires for the earbuds and I'm afraid their going to pop at any given moment. The LG is a great brand and I will continue to buy them.

Up until now ive never had a problem with the LG Tone bluetooth, however when i upgraded to the LG Tone Pro, this set constantly gives me problems. Friends tell me they cant hear me and it sounds muffled. That's never happened with the other pairs i had. You can listen to stuff clearly and ok but the phone seems to have trouble. Maybe time to move on from LG.

I spent a lot of money on these headphones. I am concerned with the amount of feedback / static / background noise that I get with these headphones. For the money spent, I would not recommend this product to a friend.

As the title states, product works great. Wearing it is another story. Its bulky, awkward and wires hang out of it. It's subject to snagging on things. Spend the extra money and get the retractable model......trust me.

These work fine. CANCELLATION noise could def be better but it's the only head sets I could find that work in the field I work in. PURCHASED other types and none seem to work. THESE have been as good as I can get.

Good head set but the wires short out if you turn your head. Even is its not under any tension.

Overall good. The ear buds have a thin line which makes me worry about them getting pulled off
