The only problem with these headphones is when reaching sometimes (very seldom) my chin presses the pause button when reaching across my body.

I had a pair of a different brand and I had to charge them 4 time in one day. These I use daily and don't have to charge for couple of days.

The only good thing about this is the features that LG offers on their headphones. The wires are trash. Lost one side after 2 months.

As of right now, they are working great. But like all the other models and older models as well, time will only tell how they will last.

Excellent sound quality for about 2 1/2 weeks. After that, everyone on the other end said I sounded like I was talking from under water. Second dysfunctional LG brand Bluetooth headset in 2 months. Had one prior for several years that was great. Switching back to Jabra brands -- doesnt have quite the same sound quality but I usually get longevity of use

Not a good product. When using the Bluetooth......people could barely here me when talking and the earpiece (left side) stop working.

These play music fine, but for phone calls, they were terrible. I'm trying to return them now.

They started off great but one of the earbuds stopped working after only 2mths and they were handled with care the whole time.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a product or a a company’s customer service ever. I have been contacting LG for months trying to get them to repair replace this set and another set that I purchased a week apart. You cannot hear on either set first one side quit then the other on bothe sets within a couple of weeks of each other. LG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

The sound of this wireless ear piece is great. It sometimes drops my calls. But overall great

When I ask a sales person what they recommend for blue tooth headphones. They brought me over to this item,and felt I could trust their choice and the price was right..Tried them out as as I get home and a huge smile came over my face. :)

The wires are thinner then the one one the previous model and the magnets are not as strong.

My friend had the 730 for years before they stopped working. Then he purchased the 800 series. Those kept dropping calls and you heard all types of noise. These works great. You hardly hear any noise in the back ground. Would recommend.

Extremely happy with this product. Did not know that I would enjoy it ask well ask I have. I would recommend I to all my friend.

Had to get use to the thinner cords, but overall great buy. Did purchase the BestBuy warranty due to the thinness of the cords.

The battery life on the headset is wonderful. I went for 2 weeks without having to charge it. Maybe I don't use my headset as often as others, but not having to constantly charge an electronic device these days is very convienent.

Had the headphones a long time, no problems... I dropped them and someone ran over.. they were perfect even after 2 years

The volume of the person u are speaking to is low. Doesn't tone out background noise.

The headphones are great. They are super Convenient. I use them for workouts and my wife uses them around the house when taking care of the kids to talk on phone or listen to audio books. Quality of sound is above average.

After having to replace the last model 3 times, this unit has lasted twice as long and it it still going.
