Quality is good while listening to music and listening to call. Everybody kept saying they could hear my surroundings better than me, even in my most quiet settings. If it's not totally quiet, your caller will hear everything. I wouldn't recommend for call quality but music quality is good.

I will never go back to corded ear buds. I really like the look of the LG headset design. The only regret I have is not spending the extra $30 to get the version with retractable ear buds. I have not mastered the trick to adjust the cords so that they don't hang neatly like the people in the ads. Also the magnetic holder doesn't always keep the buds in place.

I'm not happy with it, it falls of my ears, expected more comfort.

Easy to set up and apps for all my devices! Easy wireless setup too.

You can hear just fine.... But people that you talk to May tell you that the Mic quality isn't the best

But one ear plug always tend to short. Ive replaced them 3 times each paying 29.99.

I love it. It's just that one speaker always goes out. This is my third one. Luckily I got the insurance.

I was needing headphones for the gym because wired headphones were choking me while on the treadmill. Stayed charged for a long time. Handy to carry around.

I love the Tones....until this one. The left earbud dropped volume within a week and it (unlike previous models) does not seem to increase volume above what the phone volume maxes out to ... This means that unless you have both earbuds JAMMED into your ears, it's incredibly hard to hear the person you are speaking to, music or audio books. Not worth the upgrade.

I was impressed by the sound quality the day I bought it. Now it's a little over a month later and I've had to replace them going my 3rd time. I just replaced them 2 days ago and the ear pieces dwindled so I can barely hear anything.

These were a warranty replacement for my old LG headset and I don't like them half as much as the older ones! They are heavier, tighter around the neck and people I'm talking to hear too much background noise that I have to talk louder so they can hear me. I completely loved my old LG and tell everyone to get it over any other Bluetooth but these aren't as good!

There ok could alot better the software you download to your phone for this product could be alot better

Good wireless headset. The one drawback is the ear bugs do not stay in the headset when not in use.

The first pro worked excellent I'm a delivery driver and eventually sweat found a way to short it out not a problem thought I was getting another like it it was redesigned earbuds are not quality audio and tap controls are harder to engage I wish they had more of the first pros in stock

Needed to replace a three year old LG wireless Bluetooth with a worn out switch. Very please with the Pro. The latest 4.0 sounds clearer than older version.

Purchased the headset and had problems right away. They would cut out just listening to music. So I took them back to exchange thinking that I got a defect. However, I am having similar problem with the new set although it does work slightly better. If the battery is fully charged they seem to work consistently, if less than fully charged it is hit or miss.

This headset has good quality sound. Making calls is not as easy as anticipated, answering is easy.

A good inexpensive headset. I recommend them to anyone looking.

More volume needed for music on my IPhone but otherwise superb.
