I like it I have had to take it back a few times. I'm glad I always purchase the warranty.

I bought this product to use for work and at the gym. I used it for about 3 weeks and then it just stopped working. I thought it just needed to be r-charged but it would not charge or turn back on. Brought back to Best Buy but it was outside of the 15 day returns and Best Buy no longer supports the extended warranty for this product. I soon found out why. Called LG to see what my options were. The customer service of this company is the WORST I have ever encountered. The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. Guess that what you get when you outsource your call centers. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to call back, he was not going to transfer me. I did and eventually got through the to a supervisor who was not much better. I ended up sending in my device and I am waiting for a replacement. If you do purchase this product definitely get the Best Buy warranty. Dealing with LG is a nightmare.

Bought 1 for all in family. Easy to use and set up.

This headset has poor outgoing sound. Range is horrible. Everyone I talk to says they cannot hear me, sound is muffled, etc. The incoming sound is good and that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. If you talk on the phone a lot, invest in their upgraded one.

The Dustin to use it is not good. If you walk away from your phone you can hear anything

They sit flat so you forget their on your shoulders.

These tones are not as good as the insignia brand and they don't sound that good either.

I wear mine everyday and it comes in very handy. Its not for sports use like running or riding a bicycle, but for leisure work its awesome.

Cord clips do not stay on. Different volume clarity in each ear after a few weeks in use.

I got these because they were on sale, and now I cant live without them. They are great, forget you have them on, so light around your neck.
