Eventhough i take great care with my headset, the right ear buds stopped working after 2 weeks. I am a barber so it is important to have them on me while working to communicate with clients. For the set price to be so expensive i expected more from this particular brands product.

It works but not like I would like to. I was expecting more.

Wish It had background noise cancelation & caller notification

These are an upgrade from the last ones I had. They were good for 2 years. I use them every day for work and weekends for personal use. The only issue is the microphone is too sensitive people on the other end complain about ambient noise and that my voice sounds muffeled.

Great sound, improved button functionality and charger access. I don't leave home without them. Great buy!!!

The range on these are garbage. I liked the brand because of the range but the new ones don't give that much range when your working it's nice to not have your phone on your hip all day these new ones keep my phone on.

This is a great blue tooth. I use it all day for everthing from phone calls to relaxing listening to music.

It got me out of a pinch and works as well as I expected.

I bought this to use during mowing the lawn ... Works great for that

The volume is so low on this device, it's difficult to hear the caller. Nothing I do increases the volume. I've exchanged it for another but the 2nd one is no better.

I purchased these about 3 months ago and have had no problem. The charge lasts a long time on standby.

First set of wireless ear buds and can't say enough. Great sound! Don't even know you are wearing them.

Initial pairing was easy to do but do have issues, periodically, after the headset has sat for awhile or if it loses it's charge. The problem is easily solved by turning it off, than on. It didn't work to force a repairing as explained in the instruction booklet.

Could not get it to work with my Samsung from Verizon to do voice commands. Man with Samsung was there and could not get it to work, by doing some program change to phone. Also the cord was always wrapped around my collar. I took it back, will stay with Plantonics.

I literally use mine everyday. I love how clear they sound. I just wish they had a retractable cord

They're a tad bit flimsy but the sound quality is ok.

Is Very convenient to use. Very useful. I like it!!!
