Have had it for 1 month and haven't had the chance to try out very many settings but what I have tried I love. This is our 1st front loader and it does get the clothes cleaner faster. Dog and cat hair? Gone!

Works great! It is totally worth the cost. And for a limited time, there is a PG&E +Contra Costa Eater District rebate.

This washer is amazing! I am a mother of 4 little boys and wash at least one load a day. The clothes come out clean as a whistle and the steam cycle is great for getting rid of allergens.

The washer is very quite ,and efficient. Has lots of options to select but at the same time very easy to use, and steam helps to disinfect toys.

Is a good washer, the only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because connectivity with mobile devices is only possible with LG phones (maybe works with Samsung phones too); I have Iphones...

Have been using the wash for a couple of months and it is working great. I like this one better than our past 2 Kenmore Elite front loaders. It is much quieter. Happy wife, Happy life...

:this is my second LG washer they are the best front loader washer that are made my washer is 12 years old and still running good purchased the second washer to up grade to steam washer

This is my first upgrade to a high efficiency front loader. I'm loving it! Cuts my wash time considerably and saves on water. Lots of cycles to choose from for each load.

Loved this washer, especially all the different pre programed settings it has and also the fact that I can upload new settings. The dials are super easy to use and backlight makes it very easy to see all the settings clearly

Love this machine. Has all applicable settings and nothing I wouldn't use. It's affordable and has been a night- and-day change from my old washer and dryer set.

Our old LG had the drum freeze after 12 years of service. Got this as a replacement and love the programmability of it.

Great product love the load test to determine time of wash. Clothes finished close to dry and cuts back on dryer runs. There was an issue with the quality of service from Best Buy on delivery however product is truly good so far

Bought this as an open box item. What a steal! Great washing machine. Very sleek and works great. Lots of settings to customize what your looking to accomplish.

too many bells and whistles. No way to turn off the dumb "tune" it plays when done. a simple tone would be good. Base is expensive and unless because of its shallow depth. Cannot put a box of soap or bleach into it.

All the bells and whistle, efficient and quiet. The delivery process was excellent along with removal of an old unit.

It has easy to select settings and I'm pleased with the overall wash. No problems and I highly recommend.

This was a great buy. Works great and we've been very happy with it. As long as you take care of it in the way the manufacturer says they work great.

LG has convinced me, have bought this machine for two different places and would buy it again. Front loader only, their top loaders have issues.

We recently had this item delivered and haven't had a ton of uses with this product yet. With that being said, the results are great. Everything is in working order and there have not been any issues.

This is a large and sturdy washer with just enough features to make it simple to use but not be the three setting ancient models from way back when.
