My wife and I love this machine, I'll start with the fact that we cloth diapers for our daughter and with our old machine it would take 2-4 cycles before they would be clean. With the sani cycle on this one, it's takes only 1!! Besides that, the cloths are cleaner. Whites are whiter, and all that while using about half of the detergent we used to use. Over all, exteamly satisfied!!!

I love all of the different settings. I mostly use the ones that are preset. I like adding an extra rinse to my towels and other things like my sheets. I have had to call Geek Squad twice because my washer seems to get off balance a lot! One guy said it was probably because the installer didn't install all of the screws in the pedestal when they attached the washer to it. Since that's been done it seems to have fixed the problem. I have not used the steam cycle in either the washer or dryer yet.

I have the matching washer/dryer and they have worked great so far after having them for a month. The settings are fairly intuitive and I really haven't had the time dive into all of the stuff it can do as of yet. The music chimes they play when the cycle is complete can be heard very clearly when I am downstairs, through a shut door to the laundry room and with the TV playing.

The new washer is doing a great job and very easy to learn how to use.

The washer and dyer combo is a must have in any home. LG is extremely reliable. This particular model works extremely well with any load of clothes and does it at half the water consumption of a top loader. Please be aware though do to a front load washer the spin cycle (even though quite) tends to walk gradually on wood or tile floor. Highly recommend

Lots of cycle choices, thorough cleaning, quiet, very pleased.

We've been using this washing machine regularly in our family of seven and it's been a good upgrade over the 12-year-old Whirlpool it replaced. My only minor gripe is that it has the same "done" chimes as the LG dryer we got a year before. But it does a good job and has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a modern washer.

Unbalanced load was difficult to finally spin out without rehashing multiple times. The sliding top where detergent, bleach and fabric softener is placed seems cheaply made and I doubt it will hold up for multiple years use. Would recommend with caution.

This is a wonderful machine. My only complaint is the amount of water left in the gasket (?) behind the door. I find it prudent to dry it off manually with a cloth, which is a bother, since it's necessary to bend the gasket to get inside it, and I fear that this will wear it out prematurely.

Put this washer in our new house. Looks great, works great, very happy.

I read the reviews and purchased this washer with high expectations. We were replacing a 12 yr old whirlpool washer. Totally disappointed for the wash quality. The clothes never got clean. We have young kids and our old whirlpool cleaned well. On the plus side, this is a fairly quiet machine. The other problem with this machine, that I didn't have with the old whirlpool was how badly the clothes smelled when left overnight after a wash. Finally returned this washer and bought a new whirlpooll. Going to test it this week and see how fares! Fingers crossed!

Easy to use with lots of buttons and explanatory dial.

The washing machine can wash large loads of laundry and is super quiet.
