I use it every once in a while to load software. It works for that purpose. The product satisfies the need so I'll give it 5 stars. No problems, no complaints.

Nice DVD drive

It's not needed a lot, but it sure is nice to have an external DVD drive to download my CD's, so I can then put them on my MP3 player, or phone. This is nice and small and works great.
