When transferred contact list from old phone, home phone numbers were first and cell phones second. This phone shows them both as just phone numbers and doesn't identify which is which. This phone does not allow you to choose which number to text to, but automatically chooses first number. Phone forces you to write text before choosing who to send to, so easy to send to wrong person if you fat finger. I am not impressed and feel like I have been downgraded in phone service, not upgraded. Would not have bought if I had known about inflexibity of software. Have had difficulty trying to send phone photo anywhere

Better than my last phone, thought very similar in operation. There are a few functions I wish I could control more.

Good phone for my daughter to start out with. Still touch screen and so far durable

This phone is for my mother who doesn't need a smartphone. Having a keyboard is good when texting.

Address book constantly "loading" - have to press "cancel" in order for the address book to pop up. Annoying. The max volume is extremely quiet. If you just need a basic phone for regular calls, it's alright. But anything else, forget it.

I purchased this phone for my 83 year old mother. She did not want a Smart Phone. She just wanted to be able to send and receive text messages, as well as calls. This phone fit the bill for that and was priced right!

thought it to be accurate enough becuase it small and simple/ Did not need a real complete complicated phone at this time. Certainly would recommend to a friend if they are looking for one

My daughter wanted a new slider phone, this phone is easy to use and keyboard is great for texting. Only issue is that its too easy to trip the web browser icon by accident.

Had to get new phone and chose this one. Phone is ok but has a sensitive touch screen. Disconnects calls when you move your hand on phone. small keys ~~ that is why i am doing this on my husbands iPhone 6 which was purchased from best buy. Love it

I got this phone for my 12 year old daughter! She is able to use it easily and has a great battery life. Will last up to 1 week if not used.

Does everything that my son needs. He is very happy with it.

handy to open and text with and the color was nice

I got this 200.00 + phone for 30.00 at Best Buy. New account for my wife. LG expression 2 is a perfect unlimited talk/text phone and the clarity is great. No drop calls. Hows 20.00 a month sound?

There's not much choice out there if you don't want a smart phone. But it does it's job.
