I love Lifeproof, I have owned 3 cases and one iPad mini case, and they have all done the job. Dropped my phone several times, no problem. I've dropped my iPad Mini a couple times, no damage. I stand by Lifeproof and their four proof protection.

This is a great case for all iPad owners....waterproof....kid proof...VERY DURABLE!!

i got this on sale for half price and i would say that if it was still the full price i probably wouldnt have purchased it, its a nice case however there is no stand with it so you cant prop it up to watch netflix hulu etc, also because it is a waterproof case the sound is a little muffled from the speakers holes on the bottom, the clear plastic that covers the screen also has a blotchy watermark right in the middle which doesnt really bother me or the function but it is slightly noticeable, it is a good tight fitting case that protects my ipad mini 2 well so at least it does its job in that regard

Outstanding case for protecting the iPad Mini (3). In fact, I would not even consider owning an iPad Mini without getting a case like this one. Although the case claims to be waterproof (within certain guidelines)---and I'm sure it is with how well this case is made, I really don't have a need for the waterproof protection at the time this review was written. I chose this case over others for the overall protection for the entire device. I wasn't looking for just a screen protector as I have invested a lot of hard-earned money into this iPad Mini and I wanted it protected the with what I thought was the best case on the market. The case does cost a little more than others but you do get what you pay for, either way. If you go cheap, you will get cheap. The only thing I've noticed is the power button requires a little effort to press. I actually have to turn the case around in order to be able to power up the Mini. Not a big deal and I don't even look at this as a 'con' to purchasing the case. For the protection the device is getting from this case, I can handle the power button.

I have been a fan of the Lifeproof Case since It was released for the iPhone 4. This case is almost bomb proof. I work as a Police Officer in Alaska and this case protects my cell phones and my tables from the hard environment. It has been dropped in the rain and snow. It has beed through multiple resisting arrest abuse's. The only thing it has not been through is being run over by a car. I do not want to test that one. However if the headphone plug is not used that it is not water proof. Ask my five year old son who was watching Netflix in the bath tub about that one. One iPad Mini in the trash can. This case is small and light and great for protecting my iPad (although I haven't tested it in water yet)

I bought this case for my IPad mini since I was planning to take it with me on my vacation to use mainly as my camera. It worked out perfectly! The case is really lightweight and allows me to carry my IPad mini in my purse when I want. The strap allowed me to keep it around my neck while boarding the train and airplane and exploring the National Park we visited, etc... and have it handy to snap pictures when I wanted. I really love that it is waterproof and it truly is! I tested it per the instructions before I placed the IPad mini in it. I was going to buy the snap on cover after I learned it was available, mostly to have as a stand when I wanted it, but the reviews I read said the cover did not stay on good so I didn't. The case provides great protection without the cover.

Got this case for my daughter's ipad and I love it. She had dropped her last tablet in the water so I wanted to protect her new tablet. She loves the strap that comes with it it makes it easier for her to carry it around. The case is great we have had it for a couple of months now and not had a problem.

A little more than I expected to pay for a case. It's slimmer than an otter box and it's also waterproof which is a good thing. I can't complain so far I just wish it had a stand, other than that it's the best so far.

This case has saved my ipad numerous times. Whether it has been dropped or some water has been spilled, this case has held up strong. well worth the money for the piece of mind. Nobody wants to spend that money on an ipad only to have it ruined because of a common accident.

Since my first iPad mini went swimming in the bathtub with my toddler, I made 100% sure to spend the extra money to buy a watterproof cover for this iPad. Love it! Usually have to wash it with soap and water once a day when young ones are using it.

I utilize the Life Proof case on IPADS that we set up for Navigation software and interfacing to chart plotters on various boats. This waterproof case protects the tablet or phone and it is wonderful. A truly great product!

I have the LifeProof case for my iPhone and I love it, needless to say when we bought the iPad Mini 3 we also went with the LifeProof case for it. Fits great and has already done its job (dropped out of the car).

After dropping an ipad mini while getting out of a car and suffering the expense of fixing a cracked screen, we decided to protect the new one. We were deciding between a protective screen or an all-around case. We chose this case, because it also makes the unit waterproof. It really works, because someone in my family insists on streaming music and videos in the shower now...But there is one drawback, the power and volume buttons are 1000% harder to find and press. Also, this model has a back button window that allows you to use the fingerprint recognition feature of the latest ipads, the slightly cheaper and older model does not.

SO far so good we love the custom fill to the fit on the ipad mini. it fits so snuggly it gives you confidence in the product protecting your investment

We have Life proof cases on all of phones and iPads. I've tried other cases, but they are no where near as protective and on the phone cases they always have a rattle sound through the microphone.

This case is great. It protects the device really well from just about everything. I even did a water test at 4 feet under water for 2 minutes and it held through. The device was accidentally dropped from about 5 feet onto concrete pavers and it kept the device intact with no damages.

Great product. Being a clumsy type person and a small device dropper, protection is a necessity for me. Similar products are a little cheaper but do not provide as much protection.

Bought it for my 7yr old boy. Case works great. Has preserved the iPad well. No signs of wear on it at all. It even comes with a strap that fits around the neck or shoulder.

I use the LifeProof cases for my iPad and iPhone. They provide excellent protection and I sometimes work in the rain and the iPad and iPhone always stay dry.
