I bought this for my 7 plus, as I had heard excellent things about life proof as a whole. It wasn't the easiest to put on, but it passed the water test so I was confident it would keep my phone in good condition. I am not hard on phones at all, so this seemed like overkill for a phone. Sadly, my golden retriever puppy apparently likes pink, because she chewed the case and shattered the screen. What is odd is that the case stayed completely shut until I used the key and opened it. Learn for my mistake and get an additional screen protector for the life proof.

I bought this as an additional birthday gift to go along with the Apple Watch I bought my girlfriend. She loved the color when she saw it online and she had to have it. She gets compliments on it all the time.

My brother is an everything mobile fanatic. H recommended this case above all others. It is very protective being water proof,, very thin which makes it elegant - and the touch sensitivity is magically preserver through the protective seal.

Lifeproof Fre for the iPhone 7 plus is a good case as long as you can live with the Rainbows/Oil Slick under the plastic screen protector. I've added a picturing the Oil Slicks.

The Lifeproof Fre Case is an excellent case to have. It’s almost indestructible. It’s waterproof, dirt proof, & snow proof.

Typing this review while swimming in the ocean. What more can be said?

The LifeProof Water Proof Case for my IPhone 7 protected against water as advertised. I was able to use it in the ocean at depths up to 15 feet. Although the screen appears at times foggy, overall I would recommend this product!

I like it’s weight is not as heavy as the battery pack ones, but I miss those units still for the fact of the battery charger and it seemed like it had more protection. I’m scared to test it in water being that it doesn’t seem as tightly sealed, or really snaped together, like my old ones, as well as the rubber seal is small ring and sits down further in the groove. I have constant problems that it’s hard to hear me as well as it’s hard to hear them when in a call, and I have tried adjusting it a few times and literally have to speak directly into the hole to have them hear me and speaker phone seems the best to hear, especially when you have no hands free. My huge issue is they say it protects against all of wind, water, snow etc but if anything happens they replace the case and nothing about the most expensive piece your trying to protect which is the phone. I get no one in the industry is doing this but why not be the first to do it. It’s weird that the case has stayed on yet dust gets in it. I only open the battery charger at night to charge it as the iPhone 8plus battery seems to last all day which is great, just wondering w concerts how it will hold up w video and live streaming. The home button key plastic piece seems flimsy and somehow it sticks to the home button as if moisture is in it. It currently has created a bubble affect in one spot too?! I do have to constantly clean the plastic screen protector too as it seems it collect greasy grime from everywhere. The corners and edges of the screen plastic protector seem to go up along the side to go into the plastic case, so sometimes I have problems clicking on things close to the edge. But again this is with most of all the cases. I haven’t taken it off at all since the store put it on because I feel like it could cause the seal to break w repeated removal being it isn’t a thick plastic. I did have a problem w the button for vibrate volume at the store but he wiggles it to get it to work again! Overall I guess we say something is better than nothing and since the phone I have is so new there were not a lot of options available unfortunately. Please come out with different colors like red white and a normal blue!

Ok it’s ALMOST everything a phone case should be... Way thinner and smaller than an Otterbox... Better than my previous Supcase Unicorn Beetle... It really IS waterproof... ONE negative is the screen protector... It works flawlessly... However, it does Rainbow a bit and I’m fine with that... Knocked off a star just because I wanted to raise that awareness

Of all the rugged iPhone cases this is by far the best, I've used otter box and lifeproof. Otterbox is great but its too bulky especially on the Iphone7+. Lifeproof provides excellent protection and has a much lower profile and much easier to manage both in phone use, and keeping it in a pocket.

So I’ve heard such great things about this case. I’ve always used otter box defender cases and love them but they can tend to be a big bulky. So I switched to the lifeproof case not only because it’s slimmer but because you can bring your phone in the water without any worries. Great case for the ocean or pool or anything like that but the biggest problem with the phone is the lack of sound in the microphone when you are actually on the phone with someone. If you’re on the other end of the phone call it sounds like you are either far away from the phone or muffled. So using a Bluetooth would eliminate that problem but other than that it’s a great case.

The case is top-notch, offer great protection and is slim. My only irritation is the closure to seal the charging slot. When it's open, it's in my way. Not a huge deal, but a little bothersome. Overall, great product!

This case is awesome keeps dust water out and fits snug and skinny in ur hand no to bulky. Protects from falls as well. Love this phone case. Life proof rocks!

This phone case has all the things you want for protecting your phone! GREAT fitment and good looking! A little pricey but I think it is money well spent!

I've had a lifeproof case for my last 5 generations of iPhones. This one is equally as durable. The case is not too bulky (I am a petite woman with small hands) and did not make my 7+ ridiculous to hold while using. It's lightweight, as well. My iPhone 6 was in a lifeproof charge, so I was hoping for a charging case this time, but no luck there. I tried to switch to a mophie case with a glass screen protector, but the mophie case was too slick and my phone would slide off of surfaces and the case got horribly scratched with each fall. I switched back to lifeproof in less than a week. My 7+ holds a charge sufficiently enough that it's not a real issue. My only other problem is that the charging port door is a little hard to close, but easy enough to open. I had to exchange the first case because I couldn't close the first door at all and that defeats the purpose of having a waterproof case. I love the colorful options to choose from because it helps me find my phone when I lay it down. I got hooked on lifeproof when my granddaughter was teething and would chew/drool on my phone while playing music for her. It saved my phone (and yes, I washed it before she played with it!)

I've had a couple of these cases and I like them overall. I love that they're waterproof and keep the phone sealed up well. I've dropped this one a few times and no problems with it. There are a couple of minor cons on this one. The screen protector works great but it's a piece of plastic film that's not fixed to the screen so it tends to have a bit of a rainbow/oil slick look to it sometimes. This isn't unbearable though. Overall I like this case and like the peace of mind knowing that it's sealed up and that I can just rinse it off if I need to.

I needed a new case when I upgraded to the iPhone 8 Plus. Had an otterbox before and liked it but it was too bulky- felt like a brick in my pocket. This new Life Proof case is great, durable, has a thin design (not bulky like otterbox), and protects from water damage! The only thing negative I have come across is that people tell me it's hard to hear me when I'm talking on the phone as if my voice is muffled or something. I think it's the case covering the speakers or something.

This is my second LifeProof iPhone protector, and it pays for itself with just one good drop on to hard ground or floor, + drop it in water? Yes >> cold hands and fishing? Try a hot coffee cup...... The first one on the iPhone 5 lasted two years until now, and the new iPhone 7 has its new protection.... two weeks in and already dropped it on to a tile floor. No problem at all. Pick it up, wipe it clean and continue.

Simple to use. Nice fit. Comfortable and lightweight. Haven’t attempted to use in water.

This is my first lifeproof case but it's been great for me so far. Love the sensitivity of the screen and thumb print reader. Love that it's water proof. I haven't dropped it yet (only been a couple of weeks which is a record for me) so I don't know how well it will protect from drops so will have to wait and see. Not as rugged as an otterbox; however, it's also not as bulky and fits easily in my pocket.
