Don't like how it sounds when I'm watching videos or listening to music, since it's waterproof it has an echo . Also the touch sensitivity is kind of off since the screen protector doesn't fully rest on the screen.

Slim sound blocker

Waterproof so the headphone jack and charge port are tight and secure. The front cover muffled the sound from calls, videos and music extremely. Could barely hear a thing. Paid alot for a new phone case that I couldn't hear from.

Poor quality

Water constantly got inside the case along with dirt and debris. It was supposed to keep all this stuff out, but failed miserably. Also, the top of the case over the phone screen sat too high up and you could barely make contact with the screen. In addition, I had a hard time hearing people and vice versa. To remove the case you have to use a little plastic key they provide. This was very annoying and inconvenient. Lastly, the little cap that screws into the headphone Jack constantly fell off and I kept losing them.

Loved my fireproof for galaxy 6s, not sure why they changed design. Will be returning and go back to otterbox
