I thought with this case being expensive the quality would be high end, but it really does feel like cheap plastic! The only pro about this case is that it’s waterproof dust proof but when testing the case in the water I opened up the case and the water seal proof lining feel out! I’ll just stick to my OtterBox.

The case came with some type of oil in the camera lense. Had to buy another one due to the fact that lifeproof was out of stock. I made sure this new one was clean.

They send me a used phone case! So dirty and had scratches! Will return!

Its a great case overall, the only downside is that the built in screen protector is plastic and will scratch up pretty easily and pretty quickly. Other than that its a great case it protects well.

I am not sure what I expected for the price. It does the job ok but screen portion of the case is not as tough as I would have liked. The plug in the charger port regularly pulls out of piece that keeps it secured to the case. I have to put it back together often. I guess I should have stepped up and spent more money for a different brand.

Very good case . Satisfied with my purchase . Especially of how hard it is to find a good case . I had one before for 3 years until now it came apart just a tiny bit . Very good for blue collar workers .

This case is a great as the previous model protection cases. I left my phone on my truck and drove off. It hit the road hard and my neighbor behind me ran it over. I flipped out, because it’s a day old, new iPhone 13 Pro Max. Luckily enough, the one didn’t have any damage, and the case only has a few scratches. I fish a lot and I’ve dipped my phone in the water to get fish release footage. No issues here. I work in commercial buildings and get grease and dirt on my case, and it’s easy to wipe off. HOWEVER, the only complaint I have is the plastic screen protector that gets scratches easily, but would rather it be the plastic screen, than my phone glass.

Does it’s job but the camera looks like crap cause the protector is scratched so I just have to remove the back for photos but great for protection.

Wanted a waterproof case for my iPhone and heard good things about this one. Bought it and used it in the pool. Great quality underwater for video and stills! My only reason for giving it a 4 star rating is because the plastic lens cover almost immediately showed scratches and wear on the blue film that covers it. This makes for pics to be slightly blurry and not as sharp as it should be. Only the lens cover over the camera lenses shows scratches and rubbings, not anywhere else on the case itself which is odd as you would think since it’s slightly recessed from the case that the case would show markings of some sort. I’ve used an Otterbox for years without this issue being this bad. I’ve read from other users who had the same experience going from Otterbox to Lifeproof. Someone used nail polish remover to get rid of the film which they said cleared it, but I don’t know if doing so affects the case underwater at that point. I’m guessing it’s similar to scratch coating used on glasses but I’ll probably contact Lifeproof to get a replacement due to the cost paid. I’m going to get an Otterbox again to use when I know I won’t be needing it for underwater shoots.

great case! sleek & waterproof, easy to install, easy to clean

Second time I bought this case had the last one about a year and a half. These cases can really take a beating and yes absolutely water proof just be careful not to lose the blue o ring and the charger port cover other than that excellent product will buy again when I need a new one.

Water Proof, and perfect for vacation at the beach. I swear by this case and brand anytime I travel.

The case does its job of keeping the water out. The only reason I give it any stars. Otherwise it is way over priced for what you get. The plastic over the screen is flimsy and loose making it hard to tap on things. It also doesn’t come with a strap to put around your wrist. Gets the job done but way over priced for what it is.

I recently had to file an insurance claim due to constantly dropping my device! Since purchasing, I have dropped my device, and I love the fact that it still looks brand new!

My phone fell into a basin filled with sludge and I had to pump it down the next morning so that I could enter the basin with knee high waders on, and I found the phone. When I brought the phone out of the liquid all the text from the previous day came in, and 1 1/2 years later the phone is still working and looks like brand new. I will always protect my phones with LifeProof cases.

Took this product under water multiple times and never got water in it. I believe OtterBox purchased this brand so lifeproof is not longer a thing.

Can’t ever go wrong with this if you want to fully protect your phone.

Best on the market. I work in construction and I have dropped my phone at 30-40 feet high and my phone looks brand new still. Is the only case I’ll own

I love my hard shell protection cover. I tend to drop my phone out of my pocket or is dropped by my grandchildren. It’s perfect.

I really like my case I needed it for work purposes we have to have it for the refinery. So it’s a big 10 for me
