    I've had the lifeproof case for maybe 6 weeks or so - maybe not that long... All was fantastic first couple of times I used it... It's not my everyday case as I use a battery case for that but I like the life proof for going to the pool on weekends etc... So yes I had taken it off and on maybe 4-5-6 times and the seals no longer work so it's basically an overpriced paperweight now... I was very careful to check all the gaskets make sure they were clean etc, I kept the case stored w/ the plastic insert that it came w/ inside of it when I wasn't using it etc - but for this price I would certainly expect to get more than a month or two use out of it before the seals all fail - that's ridiculous!

    For a good value I would recommend a slim armor by spigen this life proof is a all right case but it feels like a brick in your pocket While the slim armor feels like a normal iPhone while being very very productive
