This case may be a life saver... my son has cracked so many iPhone screens because he refuses to use bulky cases like the OtterBox. He loves how slim the LifeProof case is, and has kept it on his phone.

leaks - my third case - they all leak - I will not buy another

Great product BUT... It has some flaws like the person your talking to can't hear you well through it, I have to open the charging door/flap so they can hear me better. Needs improvement in that department. Why is there no screen shield or scratch resistance shield for this? That's a bad feature needs major improvement! But I do Love the fact it's waterproof makes me feel safe I have dropped other phones in water in past and that's a devastating feeling this makes me feel safer. I don't like you have to buy the case and case holder separately where OtterBox™ Comes with it, OtterBox™ Was my last case I left for this one, wish they made a waterproof case. I do like the fact this case compared to OtterBox™Is way thinner that's an improvement. But this case is a bit harder to quickly grab you phone to answer unlike the OtterBox™ That needs improving also, if they improve on those features I'd LOVE this case but either way I'd recommend it but warn people about the flaws so they know what to expect. I like that you can buy stickers or skins to customize your look for your case that's a great feature. only issue I have is sometimes the front sticker or skin doesn't fit I have one from Skinit.com™ And the front of case is to small for it, it's not Skinits.com™ fault it's the case it self., But the back fits great. Makes personalizing your phone and case great. I still would recommend this case to anyone but would tell them the flaws so they know what they know there buying first to weigh the pros and cons

I love my lifeproof case and the warranty on it is excellent. Even though I bought it through best buy, I was able to get a new one sent to me when the rubber edges started to peel due to my phone getting chewed on (the case still worked though!) The case itself has endured some serious hardships like being underwater and dropped pretty far (further than they say you can) and it has been just fine. I love the product and would absolutely buy it again. It is the best protection for an expensive phone and stretches the capabilities of the phone!

Let me start out by saying this is my first Lifeproof case I have ever owned. I purchased it because it was on sale, and I had a few rewards to lower the price to a very low cost. I have never dropped my phone in water, and don't plan to anytime soon. I didn't purchase this case due to the water rating. I purchased it due to a YouTube video I watched on it, that showed how strong it was when dropped from a great height. And I actually had tested that. I have dropped my phone in this case from pretty high heights, and it survived without a scratch or dent to the phone, or even the case. The issues I keep having with the case are the fact that the microphone gets covered by a waterproof flap, people complain that I sound "funny". And also, the speaker is covered as well, yet they use the back of the case to be "part of the speaker", and it just sounds awful at loud volumes. Almost sounds like its vibrating to hard. Speaking of vibrating, when it is laying on my desk at work and vibrates, it is loudest vibration I have ever heard. I was using a table saw, and could still hear it vibrate from across the room. Overall, its a great case, and feels like it will protect my phone, without being so bulky.

Gotta love this case because it lets me use my phone in the water when I snorkel. Has protected my phone from many a drop and no damage yet. Would recommend to anyone looking to protect their phone without adding too much size profile.

I bought this case around Christmas when these were selling at a discounted price on LifeProof's website. I think i paid about $60-$70 bucks for the case and bought the belt clip and armband which was around $12 - 15 each. Make sure you follow the directions when installing your phone into this case. If you dont slide the phone in from left to right, your volume/vibrate switch may not seat properly and it will not work. It has provided great dust coverage, drop protection and my son dunked my phone in the toilet and when I pulled it out, my phone didnt miss a beat. Besides the "cooties" i had to wash off, everything was fine. My only complaint about this case is using headphones requires plugging in the short cable that comes with it. If you lose that cable, be prepared to have to order it from LifeProof as no one locally carries it and at $20 bucks, its not cheap either. All in all, i love this case. I had an Otterbox (who actually bought LifeProof if i remember correctly) Defender Series case and it was just way too bulky for my liking. Im usually an early adopter on certain things, with iPhones being one of them so when the new one comes around each year, I typically sell my current one online and the better the condition, the more you get for it online. When I took this case off a few weeks ago, the phone was spotless and could pass for brand new. Great case. The price is high, but it provides great protection.

I love the case overall. Really protects the phone and it doesn't seem to let water in at all! I don't like that the plastic small pieces around the front camera have cracked and that it gets extremely dirty around that area. It's really hard to clean in the spot. Other than that, it protects the phone and that all that really matters!

My son is really hard on phone cases. He has torn up more cases than I can remember. This one seems to work very well, and we've had no problems so far.

I needed a case, and decided to make the leap and get a life proof one. I wanted one that didn't cover up the screen, due to issues on my wife's fre, with using the top part of the touch screen. This one works fine, but even after a week, it is a pain sometimes to open the little area to plug in to charge or into computer. If that wasn't so difficult to open, it would have 5 stars. As it is, I have to make sure and open it at night before going to bed, or the noise will wake my wife.

The case worked even better than expected. Fingerprint scanner worked also!! Fully waterproof. Full access to the screen. Sounds good on calls.

Love being able to see the nice phone I bought instead of just the case. Very durable and seals out dust and water. Very happy

the nuud life proof case is the way to go, i love that you can't actually use your screen and it is still life proof

Bought this for my girlfriend, who has a horrible habit of dropping her phone. Replaces an Otterbox case which looked like a purple brick everytime she put it up to her ear. So far it's been great. She's dropped it a few times but phone is still flawless as the day it came out of the box. Though I tested the case for water-tightness with the testing block that's included in the box, I've yet to do with an actual iPhone inside. Hopefully, I never will, though I'm confident it will work just as well after reading several reviews from thise who have. Unlike the Fre` model, phone calls don't sound muddled on either end, and speaker output for music is about the same as with the Otterbox. It's not as clear or loud as an unprotected phone, but a heck of a lot better than a smashed/soaked phone would I imagine. All in all, she's happy so I'm happy.

My wife loves the durability, plus you can still hear & speak normally. Clear back is pretty cool too ...

I bought this my senior year for a trip to Disney Land to take on water rides and just in case I dropped it. I'm now a sophomore in college so I've had this case for a year and a half. I've taken it in swimming pools, on water rides, and dropped it multiple times. I'm rough on my phones and cases. Having been completely submerged in water many times and dropped onto concrete, the case held up. My phone is still in perfect condition. And I love that contrary of other life proof cases (this is my third) I can use my screen without the annoying plastic film. And contrary to other life proof cases, no one ever complains about how I sound when talking on the phone. Basically, it is a smaller, heavy duty, lasting case that will keep your phone in good condition.

Great peace of mind - very sturdy. Adds a bit of bulk, but worth it for the complete protection.

Got this for my daughter that breaks stuff, awesome case for protection, but a little pricey.

If you use any type of earphone with volume control, it will not work with the nuud case. Lifeproof has informed me that they can't fix this problem. Will recommend this case if you don't use earphones, otherwise would not recommend

We love Lifeproof cases! This case is very durable and functional! In the past, I have had to contact customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Will be purchasing this again in the future.
