Great product but the plastic film that covers the flash torn within a week of buying. But I contacted lifeproof with the problem and they are sending me another one at no charge

Claims to be waterproof, but replacement only for the case is offered and not for the phone. Had I known before my purchase, I'm not sure I would have bought it. I do however like the fact that there is the possibility of a belt clip, which can be purchased separately.

I haven't put it to the test but it seems very sturdy. It took me a while to figure out that I needed to screw the jack extension instead of just inserting it. Happy so far.

Everything is ok at best. People sometimes can't heare when I talk. I took case off and re installed and this helped a little. Other reviews I have read on line have the same issue.

While the LifeProof case was adequate for minor bumps that it is likely to get in daily use, even with all the ports closed it couldn't survive a dip in Jamaica's Dunn River Falls. iPhone 5S drowned.

bought this for a gift for a friend who always uses her phone by the pool. the quality seems to be pretty good as far as drop protection. She hasn't had it by the pool yet.

This is a decent case for the Iphone 5. Solid and sturdy - protects the phone well. Only issue is that to charge the phone, have to constantly open and close the little part at the bottom of the phone - kind of annoying.

Bought my daughter this for her birthday. She took it to the water park and after the first ride, phone had mild water damage. Read instructions and made sure everything was placed right and closed tight. Not happy

Does what it says it does. As a mom/teacher I needed something with ultimate protection. Still trying to figure out how to keep front facing camera cleaned and how to switch to vibrate with case on, but overall satisfied!

Great does not interfere with use (Not bulky at all). However if you use a dock you will need a lightning extender which are a challenge to find. The release door exposing the lighting connector is tough to open at times.

Good because it's waterproof but it covers your speakers distorting sound. Have to use attachment plug to connect headphones. Headphones port is rough and hurts hands.

1'st time I saw this case at best buy I keep looking at it & told my hubby I want one he said get it but I was double minded coz of the price,but I got it anyway with a big smile. Even my hubby & co worker likes it too.

Lifeproof cases are great. I had them on my other iphones and the new ones for the 5 are neat, with the clear back. And the cover for the ear phones is attached so that is great, no losing it!

This is my second Lifeproof case for this phone. The cases are great but my first one was made from a different material and dry rotted off. I am hoping the hard plastic case will last longer.

This phone case is great for anyone who likes to go outdoors. I am an avid hiker and have dropped my phone plenty of times in this case and nothing has happened to it! Plus it also works great for shallow, underwater shots.

This is a great case, but the cover that seals the lightening plug-in is somewhat difficult to unlatch, even with fingernails. Other than that, it's everything I need and works great!

Great protection for your phone, only problem is that you can’t hear phone calls to well

I had the old style case, it worked great but just worn out. I like the look of this case much better, and this one does not interfere with swiping like the old model did. my phone looks great and I would recommend
