Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

The speaker was worthless both in music and trying to use the speaker phone for a conversation. Returned this and got her the Fre and it works perfectly!

Case and Warranty is garbage - do not purchase

I followed all instructions and soaked and fitted the phone as instructed. The case ruined my phone - it did not work - the company is offering me a new case as part of its warranty. Why would I want a new case when the old one broke my phone? I no longer have a phone that works. Why would I want to put a new phone in the same defective phone case? Save your money - the case does not work - ignore what they say about a warranty it only covers the case and not your phone. The case could be made of paper and you have no recourse if it does not work and it ruins your phone.
