I have had this case for about 4 months now. I really liked my original Fre on my 4s. I got the 5 and got he fre for the 5 i disliked that case. The audio was muffled and the speaker had feed back. So i got the Nud when I got my new 5s. I love the open screen with the peel and stick protector. I like the access to the finger print recognition. The audio is clear and not muffled. But I paid for a waterproof case. In the first two months of owning this new case. the plastic case split in the center of the home button opening. So the case was not longer waterproof. I made a warranty claim. I received a replacement case pretty quickly. I have had the new case for two weeks. The brand new case is cracking again in the same place. This is obviously a weakness in the case and I cant be the only person having this happen. I was told by customer service to make another warranty claim. But he also let me know that if i have to make to many claims I will be denied for abuse of the warranty. I paid good money for a water proof case, That has a flaw in its design. If i want to keep my phone water proof I have to use my warranty. But if the replacement cases keep breaking they dont have to honor the warranty! Wow. So I guess no more Otterbox or Lifeproof cases for me! Since otterbox has aquired Lifeproof. Disappointed in the product and customer service.

I have experience with Lifeproof Fre cases, but this is my first Nuud. I have had issues over time with the Fre cases, but Lifeproof has always stood by their warranties. So far, so good with the Nuud case.

Great case. Too bad the opening for the charger doesn't fit the apple charger that comes with phone. I wasn't willing to buy a new charger for a $100 case.

I purchased this case to use snorkeling. It was used on the surface of the water and was not taken any deeper than 12". While using it the screen went blank. Keep in mind we were only in the water 45 minutes. When we got back to shore I took the case apart and everything was dry except the area right over the earpiece. I found a drop of water inside the case. The water ruined the LCD screen. When I contacted LIfeproof they told me they only warranty the case not the phone. They sent me a new case but it didn't do any good since I no longer have a phone. I won't be using the new case. Also found it very difficult to open the cover to charge the phone and many people complained they could not hear me when I was using the case. Good luck if you use the case in the water.

This case looks great and protects your phone. However, there is no hole for the noise reduction microphone. With this the iPhone 5s software tries to cancel your voice leaving you muffled and impossible to understand. Save yourself a trip to customer service and buy an Otter Box

Great case for iPhones. Lifeproof has there heads on when designing these.

Love life proof cases but this is first nudd case and love it.

Case is good until the membrane that covers the camera lens fails. Mine lasted about 6 months. Only used it on 1 snowboard trip and a few times to the beach. Didn't have this problem with my last Lifeproof case.

Bought this case and within a few months it started malfunctioning. Every time it make a call, it creates a vibration within the case that makes it impossible for me to hear anything. It has never been in water or been damaged. I contacted Lifeproof, gave them all the information they requested, I still have the receipt....and nothing. They keep giving me the run around and refuse to stand by their product. Don't waste your money on this case, or this company.

i ordered this case because i needed decent cheap cased, if you plan on using this in water I HIGHLY RECOMMEND pretesting prior to installation mine leaked from the port and soon as I star

I was taking a video by a river very happy to have my lifeproof case, the phone got wet and I smile, because I payed a lot of money for a LIFE proof case. Everything seem to work just fine, I even watch the video, later that night, I found out that the phone has extensive water damage. I lost my phone and pictures. Is not possible to fix, and the company wants to offer me a brand new case. For what? I don't have a phone and that case is useless. DON'T BUY IT. The worst part is they know this happens!!!

I got this case and after about 5 calls i am completely tired of it. If I need to have a phone conversation I have to remove the case or have it on speaker phone. Utterly ridiculous. Too late to take it back probably, worst purchase I have ever made. Whats the point in a case you have to remove to have a conversation. DONT BUY! Its literally so bad and overpriced that I signed up just to comment on this product.

Do not buy this case. Ruined iPhone 5 - customer service is horrible. Do a search online and you'll find hundreds of people complaining about this case failing. They do not protect or cover the cost of a damaged phone. Completely misleading. DONT DO IT!
