The charger flap on my case cracked so I contacted Lifeproof customer support and they sent me a replacement immediately. Great product!

I love the case. It is great except the fact that it absorbs color from clothing. Also, the rubber piece in the charge port fell out of mine so always keep that closed. I love the case. I haven't cracked my screen yet. I normally don't let a phone last 1 month, but I've kept this one safe for 2 in this case.

Very protective but also lightweight and easy to carry!!

I bought this for the summer it was awesome went to Niagara Falls and the beach and the case fully protected my phone from water damage, in addition I went swimming in the pool several times this summer and the case held me about some expectation. I would highly recommend it the only drawback is the attachment for headphones but you will get used to it.

Good case great price not a lot of bulk but limrted color options

Great case, it is always hit or miss with lifeproof. Sometimes you get a bad case, but when you get one that works, they are great.

This is light and not cumbersome. It protected my phone great.

I like the new screen protecter. Seems a little more durable then older model case but that lasted over two years before screen protecter wear out under very heavy use in all kinds of weather. I like its not bulky so it doesnt take away from the slimness of phone. Would recomend this case to anyone who works outside and uses their phone for business.

This case works amazing. I bought this mainly for vacation to the beach but found endless uses for it besides. Great in the pool. Also used it while landscaping and though it got muddy, it cleans very well. No leakage problems and for that matter no problems at all!! It also works very well with all of the iPhone 5S's functions (fingerprint, etc).

The second edition of the life proof case is much better than the first. This case like its predecessor does not fit with the Apple doc for iPhone 5s. The case does however keep your phone dry, and it is also shock resistant. It also can go into 6ft of water without damaging your phone. Great product, a little pricy at 80 bucks, but worth it!

The case really is lifeproof! the only downside is that the fingerprint feature does not work well. Other than that it's great!

BOUGHT THIS CASE FOR MY WIFE, AND INITIALLY SHE HATED IT BECAUSE IT CAME WITH NO COLOR....BUT AFTER DROPPING THE PHONE IN THE POOL, DROPPING IT DOWN THE STAIRS, GIVING TO MY TWO YEAR OLD TO USE AS A HAMMER, AND SPILLING HOT OIL ON THE BACK OF IT, JUST TO WIPE IT OFF WAS WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE AND THE OCCASIONAL....."IT'S SO UGLY!!" COMMENT.

I had a lifeproof in the past and when I got a new phone, I bought a cheaper non-waterproof case. Unfortunately, my phone was ruined due to water submerssion. Bought a new phone and a new lifeproof case. Now I am the hit of any pool parties taking underwater photos and do not have to worry about it at the beach, pool or sporting fields.

As recommended, I tested it in water first before putting my phone in. Then I couldn't get it back open without fear of damaging it, so I had to take it to the store and have them do it for me. Other than that it works great.

When we upgraded phones naturally we needed a new case for them. With the plethora of great cases already on the market for the iPhone 5, we decided to go with the life proof over an otter box. This case much slimmer then your average otter box and offers much better protection. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

My recommendation? GET THE CASE! I have children and it being able to with stand those kids throwing it, dropping it, and "accidentally" dropping it in water, is the BEST THING EVER! It is really waterproof which comes in handy during the summer when all they want to do is play on my phone while having a water fight. It is perfect.

Strong case, no struggle putting it on. Protects phone from drops at any height.

So far so good with this case. I've dropped it in the sink once and it didnt bat an eye! My kids & I have also dropped the phone several times & its stayed very safe! Works well with the fingerprint feature too. The first time I put it on though, it wasnt on correctly & the sound was messed up but after I fixed it-its been great!

Works just as described. Reasonable cost and certainly worth every penny of it
