I bought online to have as soon as I picked up my new S20 Ultra but after a day I am not impressed. The following are my biggest issues with the case: it doesn't have a screen protector and is open face, the rear part does not allow for protection of the rear camera lens so they slightly protrude from the case which will allow for scratching over time in my opinion, and finally removing the case is very difficult and the plastic corners have gotten damaged as I have had to remove it a few times today. The look.of the case is very nice and it feels good in my hand without feeling too bulky but the shortcomings mentioned above are too much for me to want to keep it at this price. I will be returning it this week.

The case fits snugly to my phone and allows space for a screen protector. It is rather difficult to snap shut and open up, which, for me, is a good thing. That way it doesn't pop open when I drop it. The colored sides are rubberized which helps for gripping, and pop sockets stick to it very well. I haven't noticed any scratches on the clear back yet. The case is also not super bulky, though you can tell that its there. The port cover at the bottom is also very nice. Its a simple design, and easy to open, but it keeps the water out. I believe there's also a seal at the bottom of the case around the port and speaker area, thats keeps water from entering the openings of your phone, which has been really useful for me.

I actually really really liked this case, but I ended up returning it. It was a tad bulky, but I didn't mind, it was still pretty sleek and very protective. But after only about a week, the button started getting chewed up because I was clicking it with my nail because it was so hard to click, and also had to be like very precisly clicked in the center, or else it wouldn't click. I returned it and bought the OtterBox Symmetry and the buttons are easy to click and responsive. Very sad, because I liked everything else on this case.

Sadly, during Covid LifeProof is not honoring their replacement program. Usually they replace the case in the same year of purchase. I purchased this exact case in April and the window is peeling, which has also never happened before to one of these that I had previously. On the bright side, I'd be replacing my phone if I didn't have such a sturdy case on it.

My favorite case, it's the best protection for my phone

I always go with life proofs whenever I get a new phone. They just do the job for me. I can be clumsy sometimes and drop my phone several times, even in water, and the LifeProof will still have my phone looking almost like the first day I bought it. Took a star off because the case itself is pretty boring but I have no worries about damage to my phone with a LifeProof.

The case is really good and can protect your phone really good, but it's hard to take off

I like that this product is clear and strong. But it is ridiculously hard to remove once on. They say to use a coin, but how does it help to remove? Also think there should be a screen and camera protector.

Overall a great case. However from a life proof standpoint this case leaves a lot to be desired there's nothing covering the front screen or the camera in the back which are the two most fragile points on the phone. So I had to buy an additional piece of glass for the camera and pay for a plastic liner to be put on my glass screen. I just remember the old life proof cases being a 100% case that is impenetrable from the outside world unless you actually take it apart. If that's what you're looking for with this case then this is not what you're looking for. If you want a really good clear OtterBox style case then this is a good fit.

I've had this case sitting in the box ever since I bought it, the case provides good protection, just isn't worth the price, its really hard to take off once you put phone in, fits really tight, almost too tight to the point where you feel like your gonna break something on your phone when you either try to take it out of the case, or put the cover on. I would recommend a case from UAG, but... do as you please, just giving a heads up.

Great case, nice and solid not to big or bulky and will protect my phone perfectly. I also like that it is clear, I can actually enjoy the color of my phone.

very great case in the sense that is is tough. It is very thick and sturdy and provides excellent protection. Probably stronger than an Otterbox. However it is extremely difficult to open. Once you get the phone in there, don't try to take the case off. You have to use a coin to pry into these grooves to pop the case open. You have to turn the coin so hard to get the case open that it actually bends and damages the plastic in those areas. I think they need to improve on this. But other than that. Very tough case and looks good.

I really like my new case. It seems to bring very good protection to my phone and I like the way I am able to grip it fully and hang on to it.

This is a great phone case to protect the very expensive s20 Ultra! It might get a little scratched but thats ok because its doing its job.

Bought this to protect my $1400 phone. Bulky as usual but does a great job protecting my phone. Haven’t dropped my phone yet (knock on wood) but I know every Lifeproof case I’ve used in the past has well protected my previous phones to the max. I used to drop test my previous phones with this case and even with numerous drops (around 10 drops on asphalt or cement), the case holds up well. It’ll eventually start cracking once you drop it several times on a hard surface but that will take awhile to crack the case.

love how it protects the phone just don't like how the back gets scratches so easily. Also it is not fingerprint proof it stays getting dirty with fingerprints.

Went with this case because it was one of the only options in store. Its super expensive, and scratched right from the beginning. There are marks all over the case and it being clear shows it bad. I wish I knew I would hate this case before I spent so much money. Has my phone dropped? Yes. Has it broke? No. So that's a plus...

So far so good. Holding up well. I drop my phone frequently and it hasn't been hurt yet!

very easy to install, fits perfectly and doesn't add much weight to the phone

This product is amazing and super protective for anyone whose children have their phones. It is also great for people who work outside and may drop their phone. My 10 month old has pulled my phone off of our couch numerous times and my phone doesn't not even have the slightest scratch. The case takes the scratches not the phone. :) definitely recommend!
