This made it hard to put the case back on when I rarely decided to take it off. Should have returned it, but didn't want to deal with the hassle. Return it if the rubber ring isn't adequate.

They’ve taken away the durability from the lifeproof, since the phone itself it a little more durable. But this is the second lifeproof case that I have went through. Also, somehow water and hairs still get into the case.
