I bought this light after doing hours of research and found it to be a very high quality light! The app needs some updates to address the geo-fencing feature and scheduling functions. It does not need a hub which saves the buyer $100 (because the Phillips Hue needs a hub.)

This bulb can do a lot of sweet things it changes to any color, can turn into a strobe light or change with sound. The only complaint I have won this bulb is it loses connection to the wifi often and has to be reconnected it only take a few seconds but it is annoying.

Works with Alexa, and has many good features. There's still some kinks though. have updated firmware and still on occasion the bulbs will stop responding. Have to flick the switch to reset before it will be visible in the app again.

It's better color than the Philips Hue. However I lose connection quite often which I end up taking it out and not using it at all.

I spent a lot of time comparing the HUE vs LIFX and finally decided on the LIFX. I'm glad I did because the HUE's, from all the demos, weren't near as vibrant. I can't speak for the quality of the HUE app, but I've had absolutely no problem with the LIFX app.

great lighting and effects, good for parties and a great "WOW" effect for your guests. i would give it 5 stars but at first the app was not allowing it to connect.. after the update everything worked just fine

The only brand I use. Good light, easy to connect (although you have to "cycle" on and off after installed because they all need to be updated and it disconnects from the network. Does not need a hub--I use with my Echo and 6 Dot's.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the colors aren't very vibrant or saturated when light is dimmed down. Fun light, might get more in the future. Still considered a toy for now.

I have purchased several of these bulbs. While a bit expensive, I have been very happy with their performance and color reproduction. And they can be a blast to mess with.. nothing quite like a flashing blue room.

I bought a few of these to try in different rooms in my house. They allow me to program interesting color combinations and illuminate each area in distinct shades of color.

I'm new to colored smart bulbs and these are incredible! The colors are so vivid, much better spectrum than Hue. My only complaint is that they don't connect with hubs, but the hub less feature is nice
