These bulbs alone with the app are great but even better in conjunction with the Amazon Echo (Alexa). So much fun and convenient when my daughter tends to leave the lights on down stairs. With the tap of a button or voice control, I don't have to leave my bed. These are also great with the IFTTT app. Very happy with my purchase.

This bulb is awesome. I love that I can sit on my couch and turn it on or off. You can set times that it goes off automatically (for all you who fall asleep watching tv). The color range is broad. It's a bit of a process to set it back up once it's disconnected (I changed routers and had to do a bit of work to reset it).

Bought a pair for bedroom. Works really good-has a full range of color spectrum and brightness. Wireless so you can use app to turn on and remotely. Bulbs can be changed imdividually or in tandem and can be set on timer. Can purchase more for different room and be grouped by room.

Great for the cost, but not as functional as I would have liked. App needs improvements as well.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my brother after already owning a product by this company's main competitor. Not having to buy an expensive starter kit to get started is a major benefit of this brand but it turns out these put out great color too. My brother is as happy with his light as I am with mine.

These are great bulbs mostly because they don't need a hub like hue. And you don't have a limit with hue you can't have more than 50 wish these were around when I started collecting hue bulbs plus they are brighter than hue. And I believe they have a greater color gamut than hue better greens and yellows

Not only can you change the color of these lights, but with the app, you can set them to flash different colors to the beat of the music you're playing. I think anyone would enjoy these in their home!

I have bought many of these in the past. Now that they have updated the software the functionality is vastly improved. These still have the best color and are among the brightest bulbs. Works great with services such as IFTTT. Now that the prices have come down I would highly recommend.

These bulbs are BRIGHT! it's a lot of fun to build scenes with different colors for different events like watching TV, making dinner, reading in bed. The integration with IFTTT is great. I just wish they were HomeKit compatible.

I have 2 in my bedroom and it is truly amazing!!! love all the colors and candle option is my fave! They are truly worth the $50! And the fact that you can change any color you want is awesome! will definitely be getting more bulbs for the living room.

A little hard to figure out, but well worth the trouble.

Love the fact it doesn't require a hub, however, communication over wifi tends to be slower than other systems. The colors and brightness are better than the hue. The app is one of the best out there.

I have tried these twice before, but the software always ended up failing now that they have cleaned up the software they work well. The colors are great, richer than the hue. I will be interested to see the colors of the new hue bulbs

Easy to install and manage on the App. Only downfall is when there is a disruption to wi-fi signal and you can't change light color or brightness. Lots of fun to have colored lights or programmed light moods in the kitchen and main rooms.

I have several LIFX bulbs in my home now. They are one of the few smart devices that I have that work seamlessly without issues. Plus they work well with Apple and Apple Watch as well as my Amazon Echo.

I have had LifX lights in my house since supporting the kick starter. With this purchase I now have them in all my rooms and love them. Going to put a white one in the attic so I can turn it on remotely before I go into the Attic.

Best color saturation in LED color lights. Good software. The only difficulty is in adding new lights to an existing system. At times some lights are not connecting at the first attempt.
