Not the best unreliable and software doesn't work well

Saved us having to try to wire the house with ethernet, now I can move the computer anywhere.

Was looking for a product to turn my computer into wireless.... Was not disappointed... Called tech support for help in setting up they were awesome! Love this product!

Worked great. Needed this for a work from home station in a pinch. Bestbuy was prompt.

Easy installation and works with any PC or laptop. The only negative point is the design of the adapter is too bulky.

Bought an older model Desktop as a beginner computer for my kids which didn’t have wireless WiFi connection feature. This adapter solved that issue.

This little adapter solved a big problem of mine: my laptop's internal wireless adapter is not reliable, especially with 5GHz networks. Very easy to install, very fast, and gives me a reliable connection and excellent range everywhere in my home. Make sure to: 1- Start by downloading the updated driver from Linksys (skip the enclosed CD, otherwise you'll have to go through installing the old driver then uninstalling it). 2- Make sure to disable your internal wireless adapter, if your computer has one, by disabling its driver from the Device Manager. I downloaded the driver first without installing it, did step 2, restarted my laptop, then installed the Linksys driver. No problems of any kind so far. I consider this to be a great investment. The one disadvantage to me is the fact that it sticks out of my laptop. This limits my freedom quite a bit. I bought a short 90 degree USB 3 male-female cable and will use it to attach the adapter to the back of my laptop screen.

Internal adapter went bust in an old laptop. Solid use. Faster than expected

I've had no problems with this Linksys Wi-Fi adapter. I bought an ASUS adapter approximately 1 month prior to this one, and it was unbearably terrible.

Fast data transfer. No issue being recognized on older devices.

The issue with the adapter was my usb ports. They were loose but the adapter itself is good.

It works well most of the time but sometimes will stop working, but unplugging for a bit usually fixes this.

When my computer guru buddy gave me the prognosis I needed a new USB adapter, my local Best Buy thankfully had a variety from which to choose, at prices I couldn't refuse!

Works super well, moved my PC away from the router so I had to go wireless and it works great!
