Delivery didn’t have a replacement part. I had to purchase the part and finish the installation myself though we paid for that.

It didn't really support my needs, however, I use my computer several hours per day for various things. It does not support the speeds it advertises. It randomly feels the need to disconnect and reconnect. I had to switch USB ports at times just to get it to work again. If you're used to hardwired internet, do not opt for this, save yourself the trouble.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure it's fine but it didn't pull in enough for me (average nongaming user). Perhaps it was the placement of the computer, however after this didn't work bought another much cheaper one from a different company and it worked wonders (has dual antennas). So, don't want to knock this product too much just didn't work for me. Wish Bestbuy carried the one I went with. This one is too pricey for its low return.
