It works really well. I've had zero issues with connecting.

Comes with a cd to install, but you don't need it. I dont even have a cd-rom drive.

My laptop would not connect to my new linksys wireless router. Told this to A Best Buy Associate. He suggested this item that perhaps the adapter in my laptop was not working and said this should enable me to connect up the wifi from my new wireless router. Went home and plugged it into my laptop and had instant wifi connection. My lap has been working fine and saved me the cost of buying a new laptop.

Can’t be easier. Just plug it in and now it can communicate wirelessly.

I'm getting around 45MB in an area where I thought I'd be getting 10-15MB at most.

Easy plug n play, easy follow instructions, I was online in 5 minutes.

Very easy install and setup. Data transfer has been nice and fast.

But works great with PC. I bought this for my MAC and realized that it is not compatible.

Reception is decent for the size. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with any extension cable to bring the receiver out from the back of my pc tower that's on the floor. Would improve the signal and get it away from all of the other wires and interference.

Its a decent upgrade for a laptop, but not a desktop. only works well in Windows 8 if you want USB3 to plug & play. Overall the D-Link line of products do a better job of ensuring AC connections speeds on your network.

Installed the drivers from the supplied CD and plugged it in and it was ready to go.

Thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop to replace my 4 year old Dell that kept dropping the internet at a certain location at a relative's house (doing a lot of work there). Researched and found out there are problems with Dell OE wireless adapters and found this USB was a solution. Worked instantly and never drops the internet. A $60 solution to a possible $500+ problem. Excellent.
