Worked okay for a week

Stopped working

The unit now doesn't power on and hence doesn't work. It has now been 2 months past my 2 years so of course i cannot utilize the protection. No good, I think i will stick with Netgear!

Extremely frustrating to set up - DO NOT PURCHASE

If your laptop does not include a disk drive such as mine, there's no way to install the driver. Furthermore customer service was a joke. They were more worried about verification I had purchased the item.

We totally hear you. The LED light will not lit up once the USB is not properly connected to the USB port or the driver failed to install. For isolation, try to connect the Linksys WUSB6300 to a different USB port and make sure that the driver is properly installed. Not built to last, apparently

It'll intermittently disconnect and reconnect from my router, which is just 10 feet away. Occasionally, it even flat-out can't find any nearby networks, which requires me to remove and reinsert it. I finally ended up swapping it out with the 10 year old Linksys adapter that I was trying to replace, and even though it's pretty old (it's still just Wireless G) it's actually working better. Really disappointing purchase, as I expected a longer lifespan than this.
