Router was Easy to setup and increased coverage in house. Nice basic firewall features as well.

I ordered on-line with in-store delivery--I highly recommend this approach. The first one I received would not install--returned it and received a replacement. The replacement installed right away as indicated in the instructions. I then altered the LAN addresses, SSID names and passwords to match my earlier wi-fi router (a Linksys EA6350). I then reinstalled my range extender (Linksys RE6500) which serves the Family Room TV and Roku. The Tri-band Router gives me better range on the bedroom side of the house-which I needed for lap-tops, phones and Kindles. Note that the desktop computers and printers are wired into my Xfinity Router, I have turned off its SSIDs, since I don't need them.

I replaced an older Linksys router with this one, so the setup was familiar to me. The setup is accessed with your computer browser and is fairly easy to understand. However, after installing the router, my computer OOKLA speed test was much slower than I knew was being provided by my ISP. Checking on some internet forums I found out that increasing the speed "settings" in the "Media Prioritization" menu might help. In fact, it resulted in my getting the full speed. It is certainly not an obvious tweek, and I am not sure if it works for everyone, but it worked in my case. Apparently this "throttling" aspect of Linksys routers is a known issue, (at least to some people) so don't assume the unit is defective.

Good connections and range; wired connection is not as fast as the ASUS I wanted to replace

This replaced a well used D Link which replaced a well used Linksys. I had to go back to Linksys. The setup and install was a breeze. Coverage was better. Speed was better. Family was happy.

Purchased this item to replace an outdated router. What a difference it made. It significantly increased my internet speed and coverage area. Easy to setup and works like a charm.

I found this router to be easy to setup and am very impressed with its performance. I'm also very happy that it has a function that allows checking the Internet speed at the modem!

The router is easy to set up and works well, it automatically switches devices from the 2.4 to 5 mhz band accordingly which its higher priced brother (AC4000) doesn't do at all from my experience. Router does not cut out and works great no complaints.

If you're paying for over 100mbps download internet at your house, you must buy this router! Perfect for streaming and having multiple laptops going at the same time without any lag.

Purchased for my in-laws to help speed up their internet and extend range in their 2,200 SQFT home. I did purchased on Black Friday 2017 at half price and the reviews seemed very good. Install was very simple and used the web based setup through the computer (can use Linksys app to setup). Features some very complex setting, which is great for those that need port forwarding and more, its also can be super easy. Firmware update is also on the easy side. I made sure the newest firmware was updated. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star review, is due to the weak signal. I could walk 30 feet away from the router and drop 1-2 wi-if signal bars on my iPhone or iPad, which is very odd. I had the router properly placed on a desk with all antennas correctly placed... not objects blocking the router. If I would have paid normal Best Buy price and not Black Friday deal, would give 3 stars for over all value.

Is so easy to install but the only thing is need to to have a log in in Linksys.com

This router is great! I get full coverage throughout my 2000 square foot colonial home! With my old router I could never watch videos on the can, but now I can!

Easy to set up and provides a nice picture view of what is connected to the system

The AC2200 is very easy to install and configure. This unit is providing complete coverage in a 2700 square foot house.

The agent was spot in recommending the AC2200, coverage seems to be perfect. Family of 4, allows everyone to be streaming, surfing and gaming. Very happy with the purchase

Hook up was a easy just had one slight problem logging in but I called customer service and they were fantastic!! I’m big on customer service as far as when I buy a product and couldn’t have been happier. They even called back the next day to make sure everything was alright

There's nothing worse than having your router bite the dust when you are working from home! Used my phone's 4G to quickly review routers and found that this Linksys Max-Stream model had good reviews everywhere I looked. I completely agree with all of the positive reviews that I read. Set-up was a breeze, the Linksys seamlessly synced up with all of my WiFi devices and, even though it is located in my basement, the signal is strong throughout my home. I was up and running in no time!
