On the other hand, this replaces the same one I bought from Best Buy a couple of years ago, It died, so longevity is an issue for me. Have to wait and see. Even so, it beats renting one from the cable company.

I've noticed, however, that occasionally an older model laptop can't connect unless I restart the router. Not sure why that is. Also, the only other complaint are the slots on the underside for mounting to the wall. They're oriented in the wrong direction if you want to mount the RJ45 outlets downward. Other than that, it's a good little router at a reasonable price.
