This is a very cool looking steelbook for the Lion King blu-ray release. This was a pre-order item that you received initially prior to the release of the actual blu-ray. There is a single disc tray on the right side of the case. There is a double sided tray "page" in the middle attached to the inner spine. Unless you bought the 3D version of the Lion King blu-ray you should have room.

this is a great case exclusive to bestbuy i believe. the case is a nice shade of gold and black. the image on the front of the case is the same as the back. inside it can hold 3 discs, and the artwork in the background is of raifiki holding up simba to all the animals. if i could i would post some pics. i'm surprised this was shipped to me so fast, but its not like the movie is in there so its a nice addition. looks like i can post images! take a look

Looks nice, feels good and sturdy, I like it. I got mine for free with the pre-order, if it wasn't free $7.50 is worth it if you like this kind of thing, I know some people could care less what kind of case the movies are in, but i'm willing to pay extra for steelbooks. I just got the standard blu-ray version which was two discs. The case holds 3 discs Iv'e read that the 3d version has 4 discs, which has digital copy and 3d disc. So you'll be one slot short. Guess you could just keep the digital copy in the plastic case, it's a one time use anyway.. Hopefully Bestbuy will get more of these steelbooks available with future title releases I think they're pretty cool.

Okay, the case itself is solid steel, which is great - very protective. However, the original Blu-ray set comes with two discs, and the Blu-ray 3D set comes with four discs. This case has room for three discs... Did they average the two out and decide to make a three-disc case? I purchased the original two-disc set and got this case for free, so I guess I'll give it five stars since both of my discs fit inside. Although, I did think that I was missing a disc when I first opened the set and this case...oh well.

The Lion King is an awesome movie. For me, maybe it's more nostalgic, taking me back to a simpler time. But even for this new generation of kids, the story of Simba growing up should still strike a chord in every heart. And now with the Lion King on Blu-ray, the pictures are even crisper and the sounds is even clearer than what I remember. What sold me was the title/main menu screen. EPIC. From there, I knew I got my money's worth. I also pre-ordered the Blu-Ray so it came in a collectible Tin. The tin, though simple with it's look, is an awesome addition to anyone collecting Disney Blu-rays. I can't wait for Aladdin.

the case is very good and I am glad to get it I am just sorry i din't know about the collectible case for Cars 2 that came out yesterday.I was told it was too late since I had already bought the movie.I bought the five disk version like the Lion King but I didn;t get an email from Best Buy until last night and it was too late to get it so I am upset because I would have liked to get the case for the new movie.

I was stoked when I went to pick up my Blu-ray combo pack of The Lion King, but when I opened up the Diamond Edition hard case and put the movies inside, I was even more excited. It looks awesome! And it makes others even more excited when they see it!

i find it funny that this case holds 3 dvds and the lion king dvd set has 4. what do i do with the 4th dvd....

The case would not hold all 4 disks that came with the Diamond Blu-ray 3D version. I do not use the collectable case. I'm glade it was free so I don't mind throwing it away.
