Seem to be working well for him. It's easy for him to place it in the cradle nightly to charge. He likes the idea of wearing everywhere to give him peace of mind. His old system was restricted to his house. It was the only system I found that would work in this area, as we don't have AT&T coverage.

I got this as another 911 direct dialer device would not work. The set up was great with GreatCall customer service - STATE SIDE!!! Buying it at BestBuy was easy, fair price, got it through the drive up. THE BOX HAD BEEN OPENED, THE PLASTIC INSIDE HOLDING THE DEVICE WAS TORN APART!!! I wanted to return it but wife wanted the device. It had not been registered before. SOMEONE AT BESTBUY WHO RESTOCKED/ PICKED IT SHOULD BE LET GO!!! THIS IS A LIFESAVING DEVICE AND IF NOT SEALED, AND SOLD, SOMEONE SHOULD FLAT BE LET GO!!!. I sure hope its good, it did test good, and GreatCall people were great. BestBuy people are great- but someone flat didn't care and I don't like that. Now that I said that- LOOK at your purchase and if its opened, TELL'EM TO KEEP IT!! Ed

The Lively Mobile Plus All-In-One Medical Alert system is a trye life saver. I have a Mom who has fallen a few times, but fortunately she was ok and there was someone home to help her. But there are times when she does stay alone for short periods of time as she is still self sufficient and mobile. Having this device puts our mind at ease knowing that in the event of a fall the Medical Alert will contact Lively support without my Mom having to do anything. It automatically detects a fall and notifies Lively support service center, They in turn can communicate with her and send help if needed. They also will contact any family members listed to alert them of the situation. It comes with a laynard worn around the neck so it is always with her. She also feels secure in knowing help is available through the push of a button if she is consious or able to alert Lively herself. Well worth the peace of mind in knowing your loved one is safe a secure!

I introduced myself to Great Call 6 years ago. Fortunately I have never had to use it. I noticed it required charging more often, so I decided to upgrade. Calling customer service to register the new unit was fast and efficient. I hope I don’t have to use this one either! I live alone so it’s comforting to have help at my fingertips.

The older version would only hold a charge for about 30 hours. A pain to charge this every day. This new one last at least 3 days.

Bought one for each parent and set both of them up before shipping it to them. Each took about 5 minutes to set up. When received, had them test it out and everyone had peace of mind.

Easy to set up and the app with it work well. The only problem was getting all the correct information through to a Great Call staff member when signing on. Otherwise we feel very safe and secure carrying this device.

This is a great tool for the elderly. Provides comfort and a feeling of safety. Downloaded the app and was pleased to receive weekly reports and notifications. I recommend this product. Very affordable.

I purchased for my mother this unit so much better than the old one gps still slow but works where the other did not . Service peace of mind water proof for the shower

This is an excellent device, and the service is great too. It will detect falls, and someone will contact the wearer to ensure they are safe. This is my second purchase of one of these devices. The first my mother was resistant to use, so I eventually cancelled the service. Since then, she has fallen twice, and once laid on the ground outside until some teenagers walked by and found her. She now wears it everywhere, which is how it should be used.

This unit is a great improvement over the original unit. This new Lively Mobile Plus for example will hold a charge for about 40 hours where the original would hold a charge for about 24 hours. The other improvement that I really like is the attachment point for the neck lanyard. It is a permanent part of the unit where the attachment on the original unit was a snap on piece which had a habit of disconnecting allowing the unit to fall.

I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my mom. She has been using her GreatCall medical alert device since 2015 and it's still ticking! I thought an upgrade was due before her battery life goes in her original alert button. My mom was thrilled with her gift!

I purchased this for my mom who lives alone. After having a little trouble setting it up, a call to customer service got the issue resolved. We've tested it 1 or 2 times to make sure it was working properly & everything worked just as it should. Customer service is excellent.

this is the 3 one i owned since i started 15 yrs ago. great devise to use at home or on the road. its better than some other units i tried , this little unit is great for home or on the road , they quickly answer if i pressthe button and are so courteious and call you mr or mrs by name and ask what you need police ambulance and ask if you are safe and such , great and resppectful people
