Two different ways to wear. Clip or lanyard. Both easto use. Lanyard is quite attractive. Keeps track of me.

I bought this as a gift-an upgrade for a 4 year old GreatCall alert for my Mother. We have been very pleased w/the alert, and the service. It has come in handy when she fell, even though I was close by they contacted 911 for us.& when she has inadvertently dropped the device they immediately contacted her to make sure she was okay. I am upgrading strictly for the convenience of 3+ days between charges, & more pinpoint GPS service. She also has the Greatcall phone which has an enlarged screen/buttons & makes it easier to use with her failing eye sight.

Works as intended. My 90 year young Mother has worn one of these for over 5 years. She has fallen down twice, and the Lively mobile alerted the call center and they were talking to her within seconds. Good product. There is a monitoring fee to pay by the monthly.

Purchased for my mother, who has fallen a few times and we dont want her to have any issues. She hasnt had to use it for an emergency yet, but just knowing she has it is a relief. It was very easy to set up, you can load all kinds of information into the web-app and I have an app on my phone that can track her whereabouts and be notified of falls. Plus it is mobile so she can use it when she is out and about as well. Great idea, great plan.

It is not an easy device to set up. Pretty much impossible online. Had to call customer service to walk us through it. The device is set up now.

Took a while to set up over the phone (creating accounts, etc), but overall pleased with the ease of use and functionality.

This is my second Lively Mobile Plus as the first one quit working which was very disappointing. So far so good with the second one. I do wear it in the shower and am a little disappointed that it takes i so long for the lanyard to dry out.

better than than the smaller ones because you don't have to be near a monitoring station or phone. Only problem is that the batteries cant be changed so this is the 3rd one I've had to buy in 5 years

It works great. Without it I’d be stuck when I fall.

I purchased this for my dad and at first, I was questioning because we had to send the original one back because it wouldn't activate. Lively sent us a new one that was already activated and ready to go. Since then it's been working fine. This item does need it's own line to work. It doesn't link to the phone which is not explained before hand.

The service is wonderful, so we will put up with the problems. This new model has lots of grooves and ridges, which make it difficult for my almost-blind Mom to feel the place to press the button (which might be in a big hurry if she's having a heart attack or stroke.). On the old model the button was a contrasting color, and was raised, easy to find.

I bought the original one of these and my mom liked it. Too bad they recalled them because after that, any other device I tried, my mom didn't like. I decided to try the new version and so far it seems to be working fine and my mom likes it too.

My mother broke her hip last year. I bought this for her in case she fell when no one is around.

Best customer service, fast response and love the fact you don’t have to change batteries, comes with the charging cradle and best of all it works where ever you go!!!

The alert device is relatively inexpensive as is the monitoring service. The service is very responsive and customer support has been excellent. Highly recommend them both.

We bought for our mom she is 82 and started having falls and more concerns on her wellness. The pendant has fall alert and we feel better knowing she has a system watching over her in case something happens. It also has a button to push if you feel you need help. It’s monthly fee so manageable to subscribe to.

Purchased the Great Call Lively Mobile Plus Medical Alert Device - I purchased the device for my sis-in-law, we live in a rural area. You need and excellent internet connection to use the device. I tried to activate the device and it would not connect. I called customer service, they were unable to connect the device. The company sent a new device, that was activated when received. it worked for one day, we charged at night, the second day, it would not connect. I kept trying and finally got a connection only to lose it later in the day. We sent it back. We stream TV and have WiFi extenders in our home and use cell phones only. I would say our internet works fine. However this product was not strong enough to keep the signal. On a good note it was easy to use.

Works well and as expected. It is a relief to know that I can be notified when there is a “situation” or emergency. It comes with a nylon cord that gets soaked when in the shower. Need to order additional coards that can be swapped out when wet.

I'm very happy with the purchase, the prompt delivery service & the awesome price was a BONUS!
