Easy to install and download software. Initially encounter difficulties on a number of occasions when trying to use with "Zoom" meetings (kept receiving "error" message saying "...Audio engaged; unable to engage camera.") After having this happen a number of times, with only about 50% success in getting camera launched- I finally sought help from a senior tech with the Best Buy "Geek Squad." He was able to make some technical readjustments to the software settings- this fixed the problem, and the webcam has been working great [with good picture and audio] since then.

This just a solid little webcam that does everything it's supposed to do. Good picture and sets up easy enough. It got my wife out of a jam when her laptop camera skitzed out when she needed to teach a remote class. The only negative I have is mounting. If you have slimmer laptop you may have issues.

I was looking for an inexpensive webcam for some online meetings I needed to be part of since meeting in person was not an option due to the Covid-19 virus. This little camera had what was needed, nothing to install, just plugged it in to my desktop and it was ready for my zoom meeting. What could be easier? Nice clear video and sound, east to adjust as well. Thanks Logitech and Best Buy!

This camera is an amazing value. I am using it for online college. It does everything you need for a low price. Completely plug and play. Small and sits over monitor fine. It can be moved to your preference. Save the money and buy this camera. Picture is clear and sound is great. Best value out there.

Have bought this camera for several people now for video conferencing primarily. Smaller than it looks in photo, but works great right out of the box. Plug and play. Not as secure as I'd like on top of some screens, but more than adequate. Better resolution than older cameras built-in to some screens. Not as wide a view as some may want if you sit too close to screen.

A nice webcam that I use to hang onto the top of my monitor for my desktop. I use it to talk to friends mainly. It has a clip that hangs on and you can set it up good. I have it resting against a desk backing. You have to enable it on your computer to use and the quality is nice.

up grading because of windows 8. previous Logitech was really great and easy to use. got this one on sale nice price. hook up and said soft ware would install.not after 30 minutes of waiting. went to web site took a awhile to find.took it back to best buy explained my problem. they gave me a new one. went to web site downloaded the software. went I connected the cam it went straight to install and was up and running in 2 minutes. great pictures and the video to incoming and out going are excellent

This was very easy to use, and the video was very clear. I've been using it often for Zoom meetings and was even told how great the picture has been. It was a much-needed purchase that works beautifully.

The Webcam works good for the price, okay quality, good microphone and easy to use. The mount isn't very useful it just sits on your computer, it you bump your computer it falls off.

Purchased web cam to replace another that stopped working. The picture and sound quality are excellent. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the adjustable clip doesn't properly secure at the top of my computer screen like my other camera. I have a Samsung curved monitor, so I'm guessing that is part of the problem. Otherwise, this product is great quality for a fair price

This is a great little camera for all of us living on zoom meetings The picture is sharp and the sound pick-up makes Skype clearer. But the way it attaches is unstable. It doesnt really clip onto your monitor, it perches on the end of the terminal with a cantalever effect that is pretty precarious. If it actually did clip on. this would be a great starter camera.

I needed a webcam for my computer because my laptop camera was not working and my PC needed one. I got this because it was from Logitech and it had good reviews and price. The picture and audio is good. It is hard to tell if that is the camera for the internet at the time I last used it but I have not had any complaints so far. It was easy to install and get working.

We needed a camera for our PC to allow for online teaching and video recordings and this was one of the few that were in stock anywhere. I was looking for one that was perhaps a little higher end model, but put this to use and was very happy with it. Easy to set up, good video quality. No issues at all. Very happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my mother-in-law to be able to zoom with friends and family during Covid on her pc. Space was a concern because her monitor has a shelf right above it. The camera has a fairly small footprint. It has clear 720p resolution, good audio, and easy plug and play. For the price, you can't beat this camera.

I was travelling and my laptop built-in camera broke and I needed a UVC (USB Webcam) camera for my work. When home I normally use a Canon camera for its superior optical and color quality. I bought the Logitech C270 from a local Best Buy and was pleasantly surprised at the image quality, especially considering the price point. I just plugged it in and I was back at work.
