Mostly nice combo unit

Great solution for iPad keyboard/case

One big downside is that the part of the case that holds the iPad itself touches the screen protector that was installed in store, putting pressure on multiple corners of the screen protector, not allowing it to adhere firmly to the screen on two corners. If either the screen protector or the case was 1/16" smaller, it would be a non-issue. Without the screen protector issue, I'd give it 5 stars.

OK as alternative to Apple's keyboard case.

And it is much cheaper than Apple's own case. Unfortunately, after trying it, I decided I really wanted a case that would support the iPad in both landscape and portrait positions, and offer more flexibility in height and viewing angles. I don't recommend it as it did not give me what I needed. If all you are after is a less expensive alternative to Apple's keyboard case and are happy with the limited positioning options, it's fine.

Just get the magic keyboard

It’s quite sturdy and I would expect my iPad to survive a drop. However, the keyboard and trackpad are by far the most irritating things to work with. I understand the formfactor of the keyboard has to fit the iPad, but at the same time the keys feel flimsy, the trackpad is wobbly, unresponsive, and ghost clicks. This isn’t surprising for logitech products as their mouses also have the same issue with randomly clicking and acting on its own. Just get the magic keyboard or a bluetooth mouse/keyboard if you want useable and frustration free input devices.

I couldn’t pass up the price for this keyboard. It is more affordable than apple and honestly it is of very good quality. The keyboard is backlit, the typing is smooth and the touch pad doesn’t have any lag. I am able to use the stand by itself and the magnetic keyboard snaps on easily. I can charge my pen with no issues. I recommend for anyone that wants to save and not give up quality.

iPad Keyboard Case

They keys were great, but the trackpad was awful. It did not have palm rejection and the tracking wasn’t great. I would recommend going for the apple brand keyboard.
